I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

Recently I got hit by some heavy road debris that unfortunately went through the ppf so I needed to get a few panels redone - of course I was going to go back to the original installer. The car looks better than ever - they touched up damage that went through the ppf before applying the new one and you can't even tell. I've also noticed that their ppf templates have gotten better over the years so that's a huge plus. Prices are fair and quality of work has actually gotten better over the years. One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work! Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure other buyers know to take their business to dealerships that actually value their customers.

If you are unfortunate enough to own this car and experience this issue you know that there is no easy fix. When I arrived I pulled up, handed the tech the keys, and walked inside to check in. Lawrence was so nice and helpful, let me know a time frame, and explained where the restrooms and snacks were located. He also let me know there was a recall that they would also take care of while they had my car back there. After about 3 hours Lawrence called me up and informed me that they were not able to get the sunroof closed and the cost of getting it fixed is almost $11,000. Having just moved 1000 miles from home, looking for a job, and have now loss my reliable transportation I broke down right at his desk. Lawrence proceeded to go talk to other managers to see how he could help me. He mentioned that they could take the headliner down and MAYBE be able to get it closed that way. I had to take the risk. About 4 hours later he comes out to the lobby with a technician named Tristan. Poor Tristan had been fighting with my sunroof all day, but was determined to help me and continued to try everything he could possibly think of. Eventually all his hard work payed off and he was able to get closed and even washed my car for me. These two men may have just been doing their job to other people, but they really did change my life. They offered support, determination, and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Having just moved to Texas this was my first experience with this location and I now will continue to have my car serviced here. P.S. Let this be a reminder to NOT get a Toyota Camry with a panoramic moonroof!!

We met with Yoav, who helped my son and myself not only find the best audio solution possible but also informed us of the various options that my son could choose from. Yoav took his time to help us understand the quality and performance of the equipment piece by piece. His professionalism and his knowledge base far exceeded any standard of excellent I have ever personally experienced in the world of audio and sound. There are many people who have audio design knowledge, but what set Yoav apart from any other experience was that he genuinely cared about what we wanted and about what we had to spend. He spared no amount of time to ensure that he had covered all the possibilities for our need. I Recently purchase a new car and it was handed over to me without proper instructions on the smaller details. I was having trouble sinking my cell phone address book with my car and it was a big hassle dialing the number then having it connect to my blue tooth while driving. Yesterday I was passing Car Toys in Frisco and I decided to stop and see if I could pay to have my blue tooth connected properly. On my arrival I was greeted by the person behind the cash register who was assisting another customer who told me that he will be with me shortly. I said ok thank you. 2 seconds later a young man walked up to me hand extended and introduced himself as Johnathan. I shook his hand gave him my name and told him my concern. I took him to the car and he not only sync my phone book to my car but and fixed my blue tooth problem, he also took the time to explain all the small detail of my vehicle that the dealer ship neglected to explain. When he was done I took out my wallet and asked him the price and he said no charge. I am so grateful to Johnathan at Car Toys Frisco I decided to write this review to say thank you for all your help. Unsatisfied with the stock stereo on my 2006 Trailblazer, I stopped in at Car Toys on a Saturday to examine my options. I was ready to buy a stereo and install it myself, since I was sure that I'd have to schedule for another day anyway. I was immediately greeted and asked some questions about what I wanted and my price range, and then a technician accompanied me to my car to make sure that what I was offered was compatible, etc. Long story short, I was offered a same day install (despite the service bay being full) if I were willing to wait a few hours, it was finished fully two hours under my initial estimate, the staff was friendly, accommodating and even took a little extra time to make sure that the bluetooth connectivity worked with my phone. While it definitely wasn't the cheapest service and install, it was ridiculously painless, completely professional, and the staff treated us amazingly well. While this isn't the kind of thing I buy all the time, I'll definitely return if I need anything else installed in my car, and I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends. read more

I have been going to this Car Toys since May 2015 monthly for my Intoxalock device and have always had an incredible experience with their costumer service. I was ashamed of how filthy my car was and too embarrassed to take it to a car wash due to my Intoxalock device. Pedro recently informed me about their detailing services, so today I finally chose to go in and get my car washed, waxed, and polished. Pedro was amazing and did a phenomenal job! The whole staff was great from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Pedro kept me updated throughout the process, and walked me out to show me my car when he finished. This is the first time I have installed a new audio system, under-glow, and LED lights to my interior. My knowledge was poor of what merchandise would best fit my needs. Earmark has the best equipment, and tailors the system to exactly what you are looking for. Anyone that has heard my system, is amazed, and says they have never heard anything as good. After my installation, I had to bring the vehicle back for minor adjustments. They were very happy to assist after the purchase, to ensure I was happy. Matt was my sales person. He is super cool, and always makes me feel like an important customer. Focal is the brand I went with, as far as speakers and amps go. I left the stock head unit. Definitely do the sound dampening as it makes a huge difference. I recommend getting a Sony Walkman as digital music sounds far better that radio or satellite radio.

They did…read morefantastic on my first vehicle, and not so good the second time (few issues but got the job done), couldn't figure out what to charge because they didn't know what hardware they installed third time. This last time required multiple trips to fix the things they should have delivered the first time (a full list of rookie mistakes). They wanted to either drill into my A pillars or epoxy the tweeters because it was "not easy" to get to the factory locations (epoxy or drill?!?! In a Bentley?!?!). Tons of rattles, dash trim was hanging loose, they openly admitted they knew about a whining noise after I confronted them, rear trim was hanging loose, sub knob was hanging by the wire because they couldn't figure out where to mount. They constantly try to nickle and dime you in the middle of the install saying the original parts won't work or blame problems on parts so they can upsell. Employee revved the engine when bringing it around. I had to tell them multiple times "if you're not done, just say so". Been in multiple times and still rattles like crazy despite paying for tons of sound deadening. When confronted his response was "well it doesn't rattle with my music" instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. If you don't want to the work, just say it, don't waste my time and money! Avoid them if you want any type of quality work.
