The photographer and video personnel were top notch. I cannot wait until we receive our pictures and video from our wedding. Some of the previews we received have been incredible. When I finally did reach someone (I had to pretend to be a new customer) I was told the owner would call me back. Here we are a month later and no phone call. My parents are retired and cannot afford to lose $5,000!!! Shame on you!
