Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. The website had a lot of forms to fill out which helped us stay organized for items such as music playlists, bridal party/family names, and special dances etc. DJ TN helped us navigate through our timeline and coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator to ensure everything was seamless and naturally transitioned throughout the event. He also gave us great suggestions on bridal entrance ideas, and how to open the dance floor without making it feel awkward. He was professional throughout the entire process and reduced the amount of stress while we were working with over a dozen vendors.
