She is warm, professional, responsive, and immediately made us feel like we were in great hands. Last June, Justin made my wedding the party of the decade! She consulted with me over the phone and I sent her a do not play list, which she stuck to (later I heard my aunt was trying to get her to play the Marcarena). She also helped keep things track. I did not have a wedding planner so she was a savior! MJ died 2 days before my wedding and she e-mailed to ask if she could play some of his music, which I love, so I said YES! I was looking for a wedding DJ and was having a lot of trouble figuring out how to choose someone good that wouldn't cost a fortune. My husband's DJ friend recommended Justin because they had DJed together and he knew she did weddings. I am so glad we used her. She was terrific. We me with Justin a few months before the wedding to get a feel for her and liked her right away. She is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about music. Most importantly, she realizes that it's your party and your day. She doesn't have any sort of agenda except to make you happy. Justin was totally professional and flexible with our requests. Because she was inside and couldn't see the ceremony, she was willing to have a walkie talkie going with my friend in order to know when it was time to change songs throughout the ceremony. During the reception, we asked her to keep the music in the background until it was time for dancing and she was right on target with the type of music and the volume. I had given Justin some requests for songs I wanted for dancing. She was great about playing them and also great about finding other songs that fit our taste. Everyone had a great time and commented on how great the music was. She could read the crowd and kept the pace going perfectly. We hired DJ Justin Credible for our wedding in July 2010. We met with her once to get a feel for her personality and she seemed professional and energetic. We were looking for good value and she was willing to MC the reception so we decided to hire her. Before the wedding, we bought the mp3s of all of the important songs (processional, first dance, father/daughter) and sent them to her. My husband later told me that the day of she actually forgot the wired mic for the ceremony. She drove home to get it and luckily we were late waiting for guests, otherwise we'd be waiting for her. Later, during the first dance, the song died in the middle. Apparently, she burnt our mp3s onto a CD because she always DJs from CDs. I was extremely disappointed because this was our first dance and we never got to finish it. I felt that if she should've listened to the important songs to make sure the burnt CD was ok. I'm positive that the mp3s were fine since we practiced our dances with them. In addition, during the reception, her choice of music didn't really get the crowd going and my guests were rather let down. Nevertheless, she was the cheapest out of all of the DJs that we interviewed, but in hindsight, I would've gone with someone else. read more
