I came to DG Rogers with my XJ8, the fender and right side of the hood got damaged in road debris accident. The shop did excellent job repairing, installing and painting. I did compare freshly painted parts with originally painted parts with color reader. The difference was within 3 units on Lab scale. Insurance lowballed in the estimate. Jason said he send additional charges to insurance. Sure enough, two weeks later I got notification from insurance they will send me the difference. Thank you Jason, and body shop team! read more

I bought a used car in June 2020 and the car had previous light damage to the rear bumper. About a month later, the car sustained further damage to the right rear door. My wife's vehicle was hit and the other vehicles insurance was taking responsibility for payment. Jason provided the estimate and handled the negotiations with the insurance company all the way through. Jason made sure the job was done right using quality parts. The job took a bit longer but that was due to the insurance company wanting to use cheaper parts. This is not the first repair Rogers has done auto body work for my family and each time they continue to impress us with quality of their work. Rogers had my car for repair for 40 days on a job that they should have had done in max 2 weeks. this inability to get my car repaired in a timely manner forced me to pay for car rental over what was paid by my insurance for the cost of $400. I was told by both Jason and Dennis that the delay was with the insurance adjuster and then in an email stated they were scheduling out 4 weeks which was NOT what either one said at first and that they do not reimburse for rental. I am also filing a claim with the BBB on them as this is not good business practice or good customer service when they hold up the repair of a car because they are too busy to finish one they started. i would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

I love Rogers!! I typically go here for regular oil changes and snow tire changes. I recently had a problem with my window motor not working - they knew the price to replace was high and lubed it vs making me replace it right away. I also had a broken side view mirror. The mirror itself wasn't broken and was functional but the plastic around it was. I would have had to replace the whole piece but they put putty on it and it is completely stable and looks great. My air conditioner sometimes works and sometimes doesn't - it worked while in the shop so they didn't work on it but told me if it stops working to just stop by without calling so they can check it. That's superb customer service! I never feel cheated here - they explain everything and are so friendly! I would highly recommend Rogers for your car needs!! read more

I was referred by a neighbor and have since been there numerous times. Here is what I valued most. HONESTY. There have been a few times I walked out with bills WAY smaller than I anticipated. IMO they are as honest as they come. QUALITY. It's fixed and fixed right the first time, but they would stand behind their repair if there was an issue. I like them and I trust them. Took my car there because my usual car guy was swamped and wanted to save him the trouble of handing him another project. Wanted to support the town and put money into them so I went to get a few things fixed. Wasn't really happy with the service at all. Took very long, fixed one thing as a band-aid, fixed another thing and broke again about 15 min after I left the place, and told me they couldn't fix the other thing because it could be this, this, or this. These guys are seriously the best auto shop I have ever used. We discovered them when living in Salem NH and have since moved away. We then tried and failed to find a local shop and now bite the bullet and drive the 1hr+ each way to use them. For example our car's tailgate, one of those computer controlled affairs, has recently refused to open. I tried but failed to diagnose the problem so I called Dennis (the owner) and he said bring it by. After a good portion of a day working on it they had it narrowed down to a faulty wire harness or a malfunctioning BCM (computer). Dennis said only the GMC dealer is qualified to replace and reprogram the BCM and handed back my keys free of charge!! He laughed and said the dealer would take a large enough bite of of my wallet and he did not want to add to it. Remind you he had at least 3 hours into the diagnosis which any other shop (rightfully) would have charged at least $150. This type of experience is typical of these guys. No BS, honesty and they do a good job. 5 stars. read more
