So, Phil wasn't totally an idiot. Just a jerk. I had previously taken it to other places, and they gave me an estimate of $1,000 for everything. So for $1,500 I was like what is this guy drinking? Now this last guy gave me an estimate of $500 for 2-feet of the rocker panel on the left, not the whole thing, plus some for the little hole on the right. So out the door about $700. Very, very expensive and just an absolutely horrible, surly attitude. Really dingy unprofessional place (-- replete with the expected ultra-harsh pro-Trump/anti-Biden signs!! ). I wouldn't recommend it in any way, and may end up getting my lawyer involved. Avoid.

As a former employee in the insurance industry, she knew the ins and outs of what insurance companies try to do to minimize their bottom line. I actually learned a lot from Christina through the process of repairing my wife's car. Throughout the process, not only was Christina communitive, but she acted like an advocate on our behalf. For instance, there were parts the insurance company wanted to be repaired, but Christina insisted they be replaced with new parts. She even got my insurance company to refund part of my deductible due to them delaying the repair.
