I could not say enough good things about Autoshop Services. The team is knowledgable, kind, and trustworthy. Being fairly new to the area, finding a reputable mechanic has been difficult. Now that we found Autoshop Services, we will never go to anyone else. Having a German car that I know nothing about, he explained and printed out everything I needed to know about the issues that were occurring. He was more than capable of fixing it but because it was an electrical issue that had a recall, and rather than having us pay for the repair, he referred us to the dealership. I just want to say that this was the first time buying a car on my own for my daughter. Her car needed work, too much than it was worth. We did all kinds of research but just happened to drive by this one when we thought we just were not going to find a car! My first experience with this place was phenomenal. I dropped it off on Saturday to get the caliper on my Prius replaced. They were done on Monday. They charged me a fraction of the cost of other full service stations that I've been to. I've been driving my car for a while since they fixed the caliper. I'm happy to say that they did the job right and my car brakes fine. The guys there are really friendly and professional. They didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary fixes. I've only been there once so far but I'm definitely coming here next time I need work on any vehicle. I'd recommend these guys to any of my friends or family in the area. read more

My vehicle really needed brakes and the place I had been using for sometime did not have time for me until the end of the week. I was nervous to drive around for the week and I had a trip planned for the weekend; so I looked online and saw a couple of good reviews on the is place and I knew it had been there for a long time so I took a chance and called them. They took me in same day and diagnosed my car to need calipers as well a full brakes in the back. I was out of there at 3 with the job complete and the price was fair. I want to buy an older car and live in Chicago, but the car is in Derry, NH. I called Autoshop Services and asked them to go over and take a look at the car before I trekked to NH myself. They went over and gave the car (which was at another location) an inspection and reported back to me what the issues were and could be. Pete always has the lowest price on repairs. I live in Portsmouth now but have my car towed here for bigger jobs. Great prices and great cars for sale. Mark is a great mechanic and knows a LOT about the cars he buys. You might pay a little more (just a little) to purchase a vehicle than other places but they are great cars and last forever!!! No one else touches my car if I can help it. Peter and Mark are excellent at accommodating my schedule, and provide a loaner car if I need one. They go the extra mile to do the work quickly, thoroughly, and at a reasonable price. There are no unnecessary charges, and there are times when Pete or Mark have recommended a less expensive part or repair. They stand by their work, and have been glad to readjust anything that needed tweaking afterward. I have also purchased 2 used vehicles from them. The cars were in terrific condition and running order when I got them. I only let Auto Shop Services service them. I needed to get my transmission flushed, as I had just turned 80,000 miles and found this business online. The reviews were great, honest mechanic for reasonable price. Open 7 days/week was key for me. My old mechanic was only open M-F, and that's when I work. I stopped over here on a Saturday, got fast, prompt service and he explained that Honda's don't get flushed, they get drained and filled and explained why. Very informative every step of the way, didn't treat me like a stupid female. Definitely going back and recommended this business to everyone I spoke to.
