Audio was our knight in shining armor as they set up a four speaker system that made our presentations clear and solid. They had set up two large 10 foot long monitors but for a group of 160+ people, we did a quick pivot and decided to add a large presentation screen (9 x 12) the evening before the show. Mike at S.O.S. did not complain one second. Instead, he accepted the challenges thrown at him with the focus on having the best show possible. I understand the help situation the gentleman claimed he was the only one in store, therefore there was no help. The chairs were also dirty, on top of the service. When I dropped them back off, the group of gentleman decided it would be okay to be nasty with a customer and they don't have to help load the stuff. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and I wish them the best in the future.

Setting up the tent couldn't have been easy on the slightly uneven ground, but their crew got it done efficiently and safely and it looked fantastic. Chairs, tables, linens, chafing dishes all arrived in good shape. Only slight glitch was that the battery-powered generator wasn't fully charged at delivery (fortunately, we had an electric supply nearby and were able to charge it before it got fully dark). Drop-off and pick-up went smoothly and the staff was so patient and helpful with all our questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I would definitely recommend this rental company for a wedding in the Asheville area.
