Most places refused to do this, but the delivery staff from DelMar was glad to do so! I went in when I had saved the money to pay for the refrigerator and delivery. They were very patient with me. They showed me what was in stock and told me choices I could order. Once I picked out my refrigerator and paid for it, they scheduled my delivery. Unfortunately, someone loaded the wrong refrigerator on the truck, so when they first got here, the delivery guys realized it wouldn't fit. Checking his order, he realized someone at the store made a mistake. I thought I might have to wait for another day for my new refrigerator, which upset me because everything from my old refrigerator was now in insulated bags and I wasn't looking forward to unloading and loading them back up another day. However, the delivery guys were so great! They went back to the store, unloaded the wrong refrigerator and loaded the right one, called me to let me know they were on their way back, and were back with my ordered refrigerator in just a couple of hours! They did a great job taking out my old, dysfunctional refrigerator and installing my new refrigerator with the minimal amount of fuss! They were wonderful!! After waiting around all day, had a 3pm time on the online message eventually and the lady said we were assigned to a tech. Then it moved to 4pm. At 5pm, it moved back to 8am-5pm. By 5:30pm I was able to get around the chat bots in customer service to talk to an overseas customer service that informed me our tech wouldn't be coming and they wanted to reschedule. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't communicate, you can't get ahold of real people, and the service is non-existent.

He answered the phone, asked a few questions and asked me to text him a picture of the label inside the freezer. He said he was in the middle of a service call and would call me back when he was done. He called back in about 10 minutes. We talked more about the issue, and he came right over! I was very impressed! Unfortunately, my freezer could not be saved because the model number and brand could not be referenced. However, Mr. Bedwell showed me what to do to keep it useable for about 10 days until I could get a new one. That evening, he called me to say he had a customer with the same model several months earlier, so he had looked up the invoice and found the part. He offered to order it. I said YES! His prices were reasonable. He was very nice and informative. I would definitely call him again!

He answered the phone quickly, and I explained my problem. He told me it would be $65 to come out and diagnose the issue and that he could come out that afternoon. Really awesome with the quick service! Before he came out, he had research pricing. He took a look at the refrigerator and spent about 20 minutes on it. He told me we would need the tubing as well as the reservoir replaced, as it comes as one part from GE. He told me that the parts would be $125 and he should get them in within the next day or so, and there is a $15 trip charge along with whatever time it would take him to replace. He estimated that it should take no more than 45 minutes (at a cost of $45.) He called me the next day to tell me that FedEx still had not delivered the part but he expected it either later that night or the next day. We made arrangements for him to come out a few days later, based on my schedule. He was very accommodating and said that he could be out between 2 and 4 PM. I also requested that he call first, so I would have a better idea of time. He called this afternoon at 2:30 and told me he should be here around 3 PM. He showed up @3:03. It took him about 25 minutes to replace the part, at a cost of $30. He cleaned up after himself. He is a bit of a straight shooter, no nonsense but capable and curt, but not rude. The only reason I gave him four stars, was due to the $65 cost to come out and diagnose. But he was very punctual and had wonderfully quick service. I would definitely use him again!

I told them to leave my property immediately, they were a rip off and I called Home Advisors and told them.
