My LG washer had an issue with the water valve due to mineral build up from well water. I called Abbott Appliance and they came out the next day right on time. The part had to be ordered and with the holiday approaching we had no idea how long it would take. I got follow-up e-mail letting me know we were still waiting. As soon as the part came in, the repair was scheduled to meet my needs and was done promptly and professionally. I am very happy I called them. Honest, friendly good old fashioned service you can depend on. Speaking with Tiffany is like talking to an old friend and Dustin is just wonderful. I spoke to Dustin this morning after we discovered our refrigerator died overnight. Apparently LG model fridges leak all their refrigerant out at the 6-7 year point. At no point did they try to send a technician out to diagnose the problem, just took the error code the fridge reported and explained that the repair would cost as much as a new unit. Even offered some suggestions on a make to purchase and options to stay away from. In spite of not needing to use their services, if I need appliance repair in future, I'm giving them a call. read more

These folks were GREAT! Our refrigerator could not be resurrected without costly repairs, so they charged us a reasonable consultation fee, showed us why they had made their opinion, and spoke very informatively about what to buy, They also answered additional questions the next day for free. I had a great experience with Abbott Appliance today. My oven stopped working yesterday (12/16) and with about a week until Christmas I was in a bind. After unsuccessfully trying to contact other repair services I found Abbott Appliance on Google. I cannot say enough good things about Abbott Appliance Repair. Tiffany was super helpful on the phone; she even gave me advice on which brands to stay away from if my stove couldn't be repaired in time for Christmas. On top of everything else she and Dustin we able to squeeze me in on the Friday before Christmas when the other services were only taking reservations for after the new year. Dustin showed up when he said he would and within 15 minutes had my stove apart and the problem diagnosed. In less than an hour it was fixed and now my wife can once again bake Christmas cookies and we can have a roast for Christmas dinner. We cannot more highly recommend Abbott Repair, they will be our go to from this point forward. read more

Dustin Abbott of Abbott Appliance is amazing! Our refrigerator stopped cooling, the freezer worked fine but the refrigerator was not cool at all. I called Abbott Appliance late Thursday night based on reviews I read in Google. Dustin came over Friday morning, checked it out and showed me what the problem was - the fan had stopped working. I mentioned the ice maker seemed to be leaking could he check that out as well. It had a corroded valve AND the interior of the ice cube maker itself was corroded. Dustin explained that "teflon" type coating was frayed and the particles were in our ice. The problem - the material is toxic and carcinogenic. We eat healthy and organic so to learn this was important. Dustin ordered the parts, new fan and motor, ice maker, valve and water filter and was back on Monday as soon as the parts came in to repair. I vote 5 stars for Dustin and Abbott Appliance and highly recommend for all appliance repairs. Thank you Dustin!! read more

I called this company to repair my Kenmore washer, It was not spinning. Justin shows up turns it on then of looks under the machine, this takes all of 20 mins. His assessment of the situation, the belt has broken and torn up the casing it's throwing oil and it would need extensive repairs, costing $600-700. That will be $80, please, yes it's $80 for him to show up. He takes his check and is out the door. He has the check written to him, not the company. I thought that's a little odd anyway I decided to look under the machine. The belt is not broken, the casing is not damaged.We had been SCAMMED, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES, and yes I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau. There are a lot of good reviews written on this outfit, my guess is he must have had friends and relatives write them. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

Called Abbott Appliance to look at my fridge/freezer. The unit wasn't cooling properly. Dustin showed up about two hours later (same day!). He looked at the unit and determined in two minutes the problem. Unfortunately, the cooling line had a blockage, and it was cheaper to just buy a new refrigerator. Dustin was very professional, even putting blue foot covers on his feet upon entering our home. He was very knowledgeable and completely explained the problem to me in plain English. The rates for Abbott's services are comparatively low. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs any appliance repaired. read more
