The weather did not co-operate with him or his crew at all. There were so many rain delays, but through the entire process, he was patient and kind, and he and his crew continued to work away when the weather would allow it. Watching the welding crew put the frame together was a wonderful experience. Metal footings are installed in the concrete when the foundation is poured. Then they weld the entire frame structure to those solid footings encased in concrete. That building is not going anywhere! He built us one fantastic workshop. Avoid this company! I set up a well inspection with them for a property I am purchasing and they…read moredid not show up to the appointment. The day of, I called several times to find out what was going on and never received a call back. I called them the next business day and was called a liar I called to schedule the appointment over 10 days in advance and was told to call back 3 days before to confirm the appointment, so I did. When I called to confirm, the woman I spoke with admitted she couldn't find her notes from my first call and so we set up the appointment for Saturday again. (This should have been a warning sign). The next day (Thursday) I get a call from their inspector who is at the property on the wrong day. I inform him that the appointment was for Saturday and he tells me he will have the office call me if there's a problem with them coming back on Saturday (when the appointment actually was). I don't get a phone call and expect to see them Saturday since I've now spoken with them 3 times about the inspection being scheduled for Saturday. Saturday arrives and I drive over an hour to the property expecting to meet their inspector there for an appointment that has been confirmed 3 times and they don't show up. I call their office and get no answer, call the inspector and get no answer. We wait for a little while and then finally drive an hour back after it becomes clear that they aren't going to show up. When I finally get to talk to someone during business hours, I'm explicitly called a liar and told that I must have written the appointment day down wrong or something. Extremely unprofessional, I can't stress enough how terrible they were to work with. If you need well service with a company that shows up to their appointments this is not the company you need!

Fast, professional and great price! Jamie was able to get a scheduled to pour a 250+ sf patio…read moreextension with in a week of getting the quote and only took one day for complete installation. They had to take down the side gate to get their equipment into the backyard and when they put it back the fixed the alignment so now it works like new and also fixed a broken spot on my existing patio, both at no charge.
