Overall good experience, my friend and I waited about 15 minutes to get seated and another 10 to get a technician to get us started. It was relatively quiet when we came in on a Saturday around 2:30. We both got manicures with shellac nail polish. The place could have been cleaner, I noticed a lot of nail dust on the table tops where we were seated. Made feel icky and wondered the sanitation of everything else. I should have read the reviews before coming in. But my friend and I we were in the area in search of French pastries next door ( which was closed) and decided to treat ourselves to a manicure instead. The technicians took their time trimming our cuticles and getting the first layers of polish on...but as soon as people came in the door, their focus on our nails went out the window. The tension started rising, I noticed that they started rushing, even got in their feet for the rest of the layers to get us out the door and to their next customers as soon as possible. This just highlights why I dislike getting my nails done. I usually splurge a few time a year going into nails salons but I seem to notice the same level of service anywhere I have gone (and have gotten cut a few times because nails technicians have rushed). Nails look good overall but don't come here in search of relaxation. read more

The team at DK Nails have done a great job for me the last 5+ times I've visited there. Dare I say I believe I had the best pedicure I've had in a while, the woman who I had was meticulous. Since new ownership it is terrible. Got a manicure and pedicure and they didn't even trim my cuticles. The polish on my nails were terrible. All they cared about was getting you out of there as soon as possible. A manicure and pedicure should be longer than an hour. Never going back. read more

Had a terrible experience here. Where to start. First, I don't believe the manicure tools he used were clean. They were just in his little drawer. He would pull them out and put them back, I never saw him take out a package with clean tools, and never saw him put the ones he used on me in any tray or anything to be sanitized. I could hear them hit the hard wood of the desk drawer, no tray or anything in that drawer. Second, Worst cuticle work ever. The guy cut WAY too close on cuticles. And he didn't even just cut, it was snip a little and pull as much as he could. Ouch! I ended up with 2 gashes on one cuticle that bled for the rest of the time I was there and then some. He didn't stop and apply pressure to get it to stop bleeding, he just kept putting some green solution on it. He'd paint, then the blood would get on the polish so he'd wipe it off and do it again. All the while contaminating the polish, which I'm sure went right back on the shelf. Eventually he finished (finger still bleeding mind you) and I sat under the uv light & fan for a long time. Third, the polish must have been really old because it never actually dried, you know like how it gets thick and gunky when it's old. He told me I was "done" under the lights, my finger was was still bleeding so I asked for a tissue, but he put on a band-aid over the polish which had never actually dried. Of course when I pulled the band-aid off, it also took the polish off. Which ended up being a good thing, because he had essentially painted over an open wound. And it HURT. For about 3 days any time I would bump my finger on anything it would start bleeding again. That's how deep those wounds were. It's been a week now and the gashes are still scabbed over. Charged me in full. No discount or anything even though my finger's dripping blood the whole time. I ended up having to remove all the polish when I got home because that one finger was all gobbed up. So I ended up with nothing but a bloody finger for the price of a manicure. I paid for both mine and my daughter's together. I'm sure he took half the tip. Never going back. Never. read more

In the state for work and the first nail shop to do my nails in the area "didn't have design" I want so I did research noticed this place had nice designs, made an appointment online and was quoted a starting price. Upon arrival was greeted promptly and seated. Nails were assess by my online contact person and color swatches provided. Paul then comes over as he would be my tech without introducing himself, told me my shape was not good for natural nails and what I should get, (to save my nails and money) as he drilled off more dip than any other tech I've experienced has at other nail shops (he did not care about my natural nail and was more concerned on how much time it takes when wrapped. He insisted on repeating prices "too make sure I was happy with price because everyone says that then it changes. Mid price review (I responded okay, I can pay for my nails/designs, after he questioned if I showed my design, and it was "separate" price although he was not the design person) he had very sharp responses and attitude much, increased the dip quote price $10, after the design lady who quoted them had seen my nail length when I arrived. Design lady was more patient but the two had intermittent dialogue in their native language while she did my designs- I can only assume what it was about. Overall nails came out okay but I won't be back. Glad i won't need my nails done is this place anymore. Customer service isn't the same anymore! When does the nail shop worry about your budget? I can pay for my services PAUL, making up prices is what I have a problem with. read more

My friend and I went to Jade around 4:45 pm one day and even though they were busy they gave us great dip manicures and regular pedicures. They were both amazing. They took great care of us and did a great job on our nails! They offered us water/soda. Their prices were reasonable. We'll be coming back!! read more
