The estimate explained everything, step by step including how many pounds of flakes would be put down on the floor. They prepared the floor and filled in all the cracks. They explained how they are able to offer a lifetime warranty because of the thorough prep work. They arrived on time and immediately began to work. I could not be happier. I had given them an estimate of the square footage of my garage because I was out of town and my daughter didn't have a tape measure so I asked her to "walk it" and will estimate on the high end so there won't be a problem. The cherry on top is that after they finished all the work and cleaned the work area, they informed me I over estimated the square footage by over 100sq ft... They then informed me the revised the estimate to make it $500 less.. While he quoted me one price over the phone, once here, he wanted to raise his quote though the square footage hadn't changed and wanted to guilt me for the costs of his chemicals. This price change conversation made me uncomfortable, so much so that I would not recommend. The application took 5 minutes. He also flat out said my landscape job was too small for his son to be interested. Thus ends our working relationship.
