I watched a couple You-tube videos - turned my hat backwards and went for it. However, my phone is my second wife. I took to the internet and solicited three numbers for help. First one came to $3400 and change. Second one $2700 and change and a conference call to the big boss who came down to $700 with no guarantee it would work. Is or could the third time be the charm. After I slept on it for a few days and returned from a road trip I called back Dukes garage service and my man 'Nico' showed up. Nico was on time, debonair, and professional. I would like to give him a five out of five star for his professionalism, knowledge, and layman's term presentation. He was a straight shooter when I asked question(s), and what he felt I needed (no frivolous upselling). He asked me if I had question(s), explained what he was doing, and followed up with me through out the entire process. His knowledge showed as he said, "I see, understand, and can fix the issue today with certainty. He explained my options of upgrades if I so choose, but never married the upgrades with cost. He asked me what I wanted, how long I needed for the guarantee to last, and if I wanted a better system. I choose the basic and $140 dollars later my garage door is running smooth as ever going on three weeks. My man Nico Billeri ! I don't have to ride my motorcycle to work for a few months to pay that 34 hundred dollar first estimate.

He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. I asked for a handful of his business cards to pass them out for him, that's how good he is. I promise you won't be disappointed if you contract with DJ!

Hands down the best place for all your tile needs in the Bay Area. Was our first stop after the big box stores (don't do it!) and should have been our last stop. Found flooring material there immediately (such a wide range of choices - if you can't find something there, I don't know how to help you) and then scoured the area for shower tile, but in the end found what we wanted back at Noble. Also got backsplash tile from them. Adriano really knows his tile (brought a piece from HD trying to find something similar, and with one glance he knew it was cheap Indian tile) and is just the nicest guy. Goes out of his way to help you find and get what you need at the right price point for you, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We won't go anywhere else for tile in Tampa!
