Besides the competitive pricing, I really liked how professional and responsive Freedom Industries was. They responded quickly and there was never any pushy sales pitches, upselling, or ego with them at all! It was very simple to work with them. After calling them, they asked me to send them a couple pictures of the issue via text. After reviewing the pictures, they sent their team over to our warehouse to examine it. What really sets this place above in my book is that I went down there to buy 10 feet of white oak quarter round molding (the big box stores only seem to carry red oak). My order was $6 or something, but as I was waiting I started looking through their little molding handbook, in awe of the selection and fantasizing about what kind of crazy project I could do. The guy helping me noticed me browsing the catalog and gave me the big catalog, which I noticed after I left had a $25 price tag on it! The real kicker is the big catalog has not only all of their molding products, but it also has a project section with detailed drawings and pictures showing different configurations of wainscotting, coffered ceilings, and other projects. For each project they also show exactly what moldings are required to create that look. Looking through it I felt like Tim Allen in a frenzy, just oohs, ahhs, and grunts.

They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos.
