This is very wrong, I pay good money and leave a generous tip because when I see someone goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails I will come back and bring people with me. That's who I am. But not everyone in this nail salon believe in their own capabilities and talent that they resort to taking someone else's customer. The other nail tech should WORK HARDER to be known for their work to gain more customers and not take Diu's customers that she builds relationship with and take care of. I am awaiting a call from the corporate office because this is unacceptable. Just want to get the word out to others to be careful where you go and who does your waxing.
