I love Diu, she is very talented, hard working and does an amazing job on my nails everytime I come back to her. I referred my mom here and she was so happy with how Diu took care of her. Was very attentive and great customer service. One thing though that I do want to point out. If your a customer who is looking at which nail tech to choose, I highly recommend Diu and if your new you need to make an appointment and when you get there go straight to her chair which is #7. When you enter go to left side and you'll see number #7. Why Am I pointing this out? Because not everyone in this Nail Spa works with integrity which is very sad. I just experienced a very disgusting behavior by one of their techs names Vi. I walked in another lady asked me how she can help me I told her I have an appt with Diu and I'll just sit down and wait since I already spoke to Diu on the phone. And Vi came up and asked me what she can do for me, I look at her and was 100% sure she was not Diu. I told her I have an appt with Diu and she then tilts her head acting confused so I pulled my phone trying to show her the text that maybe I was in the wrong place or maybe I was saying Diu's name wrong. I heard Diu's voice calling me and I turn around and saw her telling me sit at her table. When I sat down I came to realize what Vi was trying to do. I work in a sales job and experience sales theft and poaching of customers and Vi was trying to pretend either she was Diu or that there's no one names Diu there. This is very wrong, I pay good money and leave a generous tip because when I see someone goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails I will come back and bring people with me. That's who I am. But not everyone in this nail salon believe in their own capabilities and talent that they resort to taking someone else's customer. The other nail tech should WORK HARDER to be known for their work to gain more customers and not take Diu's customers that she builds relationship with and take care of. I hope the Spa owner reads this, please address this. You're gonna lose customers if this toxicity keeps happening. No one wants to be tricked and lied to because what if Diu wasn't there to guide me to her chair! Then Vi would have lied to me to try and poach me. That is disgusting behavior. Looking for a salon in my new hometown, and I called ahead and booked for Monday at 930. When I showed up, nobody was ready (aka, finishing bkfst). I sat where I was directed. They offered me a drink menu, and I requested a mimosa (I don't drink soda and bottled water wasn't on the menu). They were out. When offered red or white wine, I tried to ask to see the container (box, bottle...idc) explaining that I didn't want them to pour something I didn't like. They brought out a glass and at the first sip, I could tell it was Chardonnay which is exactly what I would've avoided, if I knew. SIGH..... The basic pedicure was fine, overall no problem there. The massage chair was ok, pretty basic too. When I checked out, the system was down (operator error, tbh) so I'm not sure if I got a credit point for their reward system or not. I paid $32+ the minimum suggested 20% tip. The guy doing the pedi did a decent job, I'd say. But the vibe overall was that I'll check out a few other suggested places before I go back. read more

Diu is amazing! She gives you exactly what she wants and she welcomes designs which is nice. I prefer a classic french and she accommodated me and gave me exactly what I asked for and it's been two weeks and they look like brand new still. She also did a set for my mom who loves designs and it came out amazing and still looks like new. Defintely ask for Diu . First time here even though I've lived here for years! Came with my friend for pedicures on a Tuesday morning! We called that morning and booked something for 30 minutes later. Upon arrival, it seems to be a very clean place and there were SO MANY colors to pick from! All the regular polishes, dip, shellac, etc. After we picked our colors we were sat and immediately serviced! There are complimentary beverages, ask for their options! ;) My friend and I enjoyed the atmosphere and our nail technicians were so friendly and nice! There is a pedicure and medicine menu with LOADS of options! I liked that they also carried "organic" lines of lotions and scrubs for mani/pedi options! I got regular red polish with an upgraded pedicure package: Something Hawaiian! It was lovely and very relaxing! I came here because the other place I've gone for years has disappointed me one too many times, and the other place I wanted to try didn't have availability for 2 pedicures at opening on a Tuesday? Renaissance has a "stamp card" reward system, which I am a big fan of and think it's a great way to reward long term customers! I'm from out of town visiting my mom and we decided to spontaneously have pedicures. When we walked in, we stated we would like two pedicures. We were asked if we wanted manicures as well, which we declined. When we sat down, the girl who was doing my mom's pedicure kept commenting on our nails, trying to get us to agree to a manicure. I completely understand trying to upsell but if a customer declines, read your customer and let that be the end of it. We ended up getting a pedicure that included hot towels which were scorching hot and my mom winced and told the girl that it was too hot and she got the biggest attitude. My sister and I went this morning (June 20, 2025). We asked for 2 pedicures and my sister got an eyebrow wax. The menu said my Deluxe pedicure was $40.00, My sister got the Oil pedicure listed as $67.00 and eyebrow wax listed as $13.00. Obviously, there were other charges they did not bother to explain to us and like idiots we did not ask why my bill was $65.00 when it should have been $45.00 (because the young lady told me she could do a palm tree for $5.00) could possibly been $50.00 if she was charging $5.00 per toe for the palm tree which actually looked like black sticks) my sister's bill was over $100.00. Her's should have been $80.00 as she did not get any sticks painted on her toes). Why we didn't question it at the time is still baffling me! The only thing we can figure (but seems unlikely to a normal person) is that the polish was not in included in the base charge for the pedicures. Rediculous!!! Needless to say we will never be back. Talk about a bait and switch. We could kick ourselves for not asking. Should have known because they really pushed one type polish over regular polish. I went in for a Mani/Pedi tonight and was greeted by DIU. She was super sweet and helped me find the right color I wanted for toes and nails. I don't get my nails done hardly ever so I just knew I wanted Almond shaped nails with the red tip. This particular style is called cat eye. I love it. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer here for over 6 years, but never again. The guy who did my nails was so rude and seemed so aggravated that I was there. The only request I had was not to file the edges too skinny. He kept filing them and I had to tell him over and over to please not file them too skinny. I walked in asking for a dip and he said he recommended the tips with the solar powder. I asked him the price difference and he said it would be the same price as the dip, which is $45. He rings me up at $60!! My nails are filthy, color is everywhere. They're not the shape I asked for over and over. As soon as I walked out I noticed there were white speckles all over my nails. I walked back in immediately and spoke with the manger, Henry. He told me my nails looked "fine" and "normal." He told me the white speckles are bc of the color I chose. (total BS) Then he proceeds to tell me to go sit down and they will CUT MY NAILS OFF so they can refund me. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had at any business. I would have been fine with them just making my nails right. He kept on and on about cutting my nails off. I was not trying to make a scene but he started to get so loud and disrespectful with me. Nail tech Mimie and her attitude problems because she's lazy and doesn't know how to sculpt nails They are all shifted and lopsided, chunky. So we came in as a bridal party, so I felt like this was going to be great. Boy was I wrong. The prices don't match the service you get and the customer service is worse. My pedicurist wasn't very good and she rushed me out of my chair when finish. To my surprise, I got to be with the rudest nail tech and unfortunately, lazy. She rushed through the process and clumped on a bunch of product (dip) then attempt to just sculpt it and skip the technique of dip. I got dip with a tip. I wanted them very shot and square with soft edges. She put the tip on and cut them straight across with bowed scissors. She filed only half way down. Then started the process of the dip I stoped her and asked her to finish filing my nail tips to the proper length before dipping; she refused. She refused 3 times and says she files later. I have been a nail tech for 10+ years and never have seen this done because it waist the product. But lazy people don't care because the owner is paying for the product and not them. Anyway... I told her it's more work to file down if you dip then try and file the rest of the way. She insisted. She continues and dips my long nails- only to waist product because she has to file them later to the length I want. She dips 3 times. Dabbing her fingers on thick chunky areas. She dipped the tip to thick so when she dipped the rest she created a duck bill look on my nails with an indention. The time came to file my long nails that were now fully dipped. There were some uneven and I told her to file more. She argued with me back and forth that "It looked fine to her" I told her, "well I don't think it looks fine" file the thumb more to match my other. She then told me, "Fine but I don't want to hear you complain later!" I was so taken back by how disrespectful she was towards me and her teenage mentality! She stopped asking me if the length was fine and then continued to the sculpting stage but she didn't know how. She had over painted my skin and dipped on it and it was hard for her to fix. She then over drilled the sides taking off the dip and exposing my side walls to my nails. put 2 thick glob layers of non wipe top gel on my dip to finish. There was a woman putting all the tickets together for the services we got. My nail tech took the ticket up to the front and I asked her why both my services were under Mia? Mia only did my pedicure. She said she was Mia. I went to the back and asked another nail tech her name because she wasn't being honest and she told me that her name was MiMie. I will never come here again. She did a horrible job with a terrible attitude. Here are the pics and here is the nail tech so you can avoid her and not spend $55 on a lazy person. The woman greeting me was pretty pushy & I had to repeat myself more than once. She also seemed impatient since I didn't like any of the polish colors in the first sample she brought, then kept insisting I immediately drink the water she brought. The nail tech (Ben) started caring for my nails with attention to detail, but that slacked when he got to my other hand. As a result, I need more work the day after having my nails done (and I'm far from picky... just want money's worth amount of effort). The drying table didn't have a single working bulb, so it was a waste of time to try to set the polish before leaving. Nobody seemed to care. Additionally, I know some of the Vietnamese language & could understand enough words from the pushy greeter to know they were not something you say to a customer in the customer's language. Completely uncalled for & I should have just walked out right then. I've been through a rough spot lately, almost never get my nails done, and really needed a small amount of treating myself with this visit. I've been going here for three years and have only had issues maybe once. Unfortunately some of these reviews are probably unlucky visits. Odor is not unpleasant in here..not sure what that one review was referring to. Any time my nails have been messed up they happily fixed them. I went to Luxx today just to try it out and they were so rude I literally left. I felt very unwelcomed and the hospitality just wasn't there. It made me really appreciate this salon because they're very warm and hospitable. I would call ahead and ask for the most experienced nail tech if you're super picky. First time coming here. Not a terrible experience but not coming back. They have a great selection of colors to choose from. My nail tech was Tina and she was VERY sweet. Her 19 year old daughter works there as well and she was watching her mom do my nails. She was very sweet as well. I wanted very short nails (square shaped with round edges). They were longer than I wanted and very square- no round edges. No big deal, I can always fix them at home. I got dip on my nails and just a regular polish change on my toes. Usually when I go to my regular nail salon those services together are $50. When I went to go pay it was $75!! I was shocked!! I will stick with my normal nail salon! read more
