Our experience with Maima Noibi, CPA, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to…read morefinish. We hired Ms. Noibi to handle both our corporate and personal tax returns, and during our initial conversations she promised that both returns would be completed within 14-21 days after submission of all required documents. We submitted all files on September 30, 2025, yet the returns were not completed until October 31, 2025--a full 30 days later. Despite the delay, communication was inconsistent at best. Calls and messages often went unanswered for nearly 24 hours, making it nearly impossible to get timely updates or answers to straightforward questions. During a recorded meeting, Ms. Noibi's tone and behavior were highly unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted and talked over both myself and my spouse, refusing to let us finish our questions or concerns. When we attempted to address issues or request clarification, her responses were dismissive and at times outright hostile. This created an uncomfortable working environment that made it clear she was not interested in representing our best interests as clients. Adding to the frustration, Ms. Noibi issued invoices that lacked any detail explaining what we were being charged for, and they did not reflect the $500 deposit we had already paid on October 2, 2025. When we raised these concerns, we were met with more defensiveness rather than professionalism. Ultimately, she stopped communicating altogether and even stated on a recorded call that she had "wasted her time and efforts." We have since terminated our relationship with her and requested that all invoices be voided and our deposit refunded. Based on our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend Ms. Noibi for any CPA or accounting services.
