Liars ! My brother goes to cash a money order and they tell him that he has to get a Georgia drivers licenses to cash it. Let's not forget he already has a authentic Arkansas drivers license which is not expired which is legible and has a recent picture of him that is no doubt him. No reason to disbelieve he is not the owner of the drivers license. But they insist on him going to get a Georgia licenses, my brother is not a stubborn person so what the manager tell him to do he do and gets the license, but me on the other hand I've never heard of a such thing in my life !!!!! So he wastes about 2 hours of his time getting a drivers license and waiting at the dmv for a new Georgia licenses and he gets back to this place that they call a "business" and he shows the new drivers license that he's went out of his way for. Then the worker tells him they still can't cash the money order because the manager that approved it is in a meeting and will be back at 6pm so come back at 6pm and we may cash it when he's back. So at this point I'm completely upset and I've had enough. So I call and ask to speak with a manager and the person that answers says there isn't a manager there. I ask so there is no manager on duty ? Then she says "oh yes it is" she thought I would settle for the answer "there is no manager here" I speak with the manger(adriane) and I tell her what her worker has done which was lie and she says "oh no she didn't lie she probably thought you were talking about the destruct manager" lol all I asked for was a manager not district, general,supervisor or anything extra specific just a manager ! She tried to cover the employee. I tell her the situation she says we'll have to wait to get the money order approved again because she saw the district manager approve it once but he will have to again. What is that ? Does every person have to go through this process of waiting on the district manager to approve a money order I'm pretty sure they don't because if everyone did they wouldn't be in business. This was pure discrimination, labeling, and wrong doing. Maybe because my brother is black maybe, because of his appearance, maybe because of his clothing I don't know why but I know it was done and it's wrong! A money order the only approval needed is a call to western union to be sure the numbers are legit and sometimes you don't need that. This place is wrong and does not deserve to be in business if it is doing business this way !!!! Simple as that ! read more

Needed to cash a small check and they were very helpful. Reasonable fee of 3%. The wait was kind of ridiculous but the manager apologized and said its a one time thing. If you need check cashing around this area, I would recommend them - just prepare to wait about 20 minutes if its your first time here. read more
