John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. John answered the phone and told me no he could not help me . After a few minutes he called me back and said that he would. He showed up quickly, completed his task and he was nice to my animals. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that . Needed a few electrical outlets and switches to be troubleshot around my older townhouse and…read moregarage. The service tech that came was astute at accessing the issue and explaining to me what the resolve would be. The first issues at hand was a halway three-way switch that would only work if the other switch was in the on position. The service tech spent about 30-45 correcting the wiring so that the both light switches work as advertised. The second was correcting the wiring in my garage which at first seemed like a daunting task due to the accessibility/small crawl space to get where the electrical work was required. But yet again, the service tech knock this project out seamlessly and better than than initially thought. The total cost for these repairs was approximately $400 for a couple hours of work. As a homeowner, that cost seemed reasonable enough for that peace of mind that an electrical issue was corrected to code. And with that, I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a straight forward, reasonable, professional electrician.

Not sure how I could misunderstand that the hourly rate I was quoted was to include two guys and then to get billed double the price?! I had them do more work than I would have hired them for if I had known they were $160/$140 per hour for both guys which is what I should have been told rather than being mislead. I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms.

I called the owner of Greentech to let him know for that price the hallway floors and fans should have been cleaned. He continued to talk over me and say they cleaned what they could in 4 hours which was the original quoted price of $400. He wouldn't even listen that we paid an extra $200 and the ladies said they would clean everything. He had a bunch of excuses yelled at me and wouldn't even listen.
