Price was (in my opinion) extremely steep for a 600 square foot apartment. $375 flat rate + additional $50 to clean the jealousie windows. If I wasn't on a time crunch, I probably wouldn't have spent the money. Overall, the cleaners were very friendly and professional. It took approximately 2.5 hours for three cleaners to make my apartment SPOTLESS. The Filipino aunties are so cute and have great attention to detail. I wish I could have tipped them for their services (bc they deserve it) but after spending so much on the service itself, couldn't bring myself to justifying the cost. Very unreliable cleaning service. They cancelled on us multiple times without letting us know. We both work full-time, have a newborn, and two other kids. We changed around our schedules to accommodate them and planned in advance but they simply "forgot" about us, because they got "busy." They also charged $160 for a small (less than 1,000 square feet) two-bedroom apartment downtown. This price is ridiculous but the first time they came, the work was quality so we were happy to pay. Then, they started to nickel-and-dime us. And charging $30 for extra appliances they cleaned the first time. The owner said that the $160 was now just for "maid service" and not a "cleaning service." This company will do a great first job, but then it will feel like tooth and nail getting the same level of service. You also have to chase them down to confirm if they are coming or not because they will just not show up. They did not show up for a cleaning on the day of a huge party we were hosting. And their excuse was that they just wanted the "day off." We had agreed to this cleaning date months in advance but they refused to honor their word. They were available and could have helped, but they left me in an incredible bind. This was extremely disrespectful. The last time they came, they also did not do major common sense cleaning, like dusting before vacuuming or bringing glass cleaner for the bathroom mirrors, leaving streaks everywhere and me having to redo the job. I really loved the Aunties who came to clean and I know the owner Dynaline was pregnant so I gave her hundreds of dollars of free baby food and always offered her cleaners food etc. But they ended up taking advantage of my generosity and time. Four women showed up to clean a vacant rental property. I had arranged an estimate with Dynaline a few days in advance via FaceTime. Renters occupied for 7 years and didn't clean the place after they vacated. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with all rooms glass jelosies. Bathroom had mold on walls and ceilings, and she was aware of it. I reassured her that bleach would remove the surface mold. As the home is on the market, it was not my concern to make the mold go away permanently as it would be sold as is, and the perspective buyers would have to deal with permanent mold removal. Her team, when arrived complained how dirty the place was even though Dynaline knew the condition of the place. Her team called Dynaline and decided to refuse the job because they thought it was too much work to clean. Duh... that's why I hired a cleaning company. They must only accept cleaning jobs that requiring minimal cleaning. Dynaline's quote of $875 means they all make at least $40 an hour for an honest day work. I'm not sure if they know that unskilled laborers usually make closer minimum wage, but I was willing to pay them over $40 an hour. Maybe Dynaline underpays her workers so they are not willing to work for jobs that require some cleaning effort. I don't know, but what unskilled laborer turns down $40 an hour? read more

The crew came in and took a look around as I was giving them a tour and saw that our house was bigger than they expected, they immediately hopped on the phone and called the woman who I was in contact with (who again was not there on the first day) then started packing up and getting ready to leave. "Where are you going?" I asked "We need to come back on another day in the morning" was the reply " You should talk to Dyna" So I finally get a hold of Dyna and she tells me that I need a deep cleaning and they will have to do a whole day's work. I needed to have a rental home deep-cleaned. Previous cleaning services that I tried left me with deep-disappointment, so I wanted to find a service that delivered on its promises. DLP delivered! Dynaline has assembled a team of cleaning magicians - able to pounce on any grimey, gooey, filthy residence and transform it into a sparkling clean home. I wish I had taken a before photo of the master tub, but the entire bottom was a dark grey color. My wife suspects that someone dyed their hair and the color seeped into the porcelain. Not good! After the DLP crew was finished, this was the first spot I examined: It was clean and shiny white! Unbelieveable. I turned to the crew to thank them and then asked, "How did you get that tub clean? The house passed inspection with flying colors, although a windowsil was missed and they didn't dust above our cabinets.
