The white chemical residue from the cleaning product was left behind inside the oven and I had to clean the rest of the oven myself as you can see by the black stained rag and black water in the photos. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the inside was completely overlooked. There were crumbs and food stains as shown in the photo. The house is now squeaky clean, and the old windows and jalousies are clean like new (!), as you can tell from the photos. They even cleaned the exterior carport area without charging me for it. Even more, my wife just went back to Hawaii with my MIL, and she was shocked and pleasantly surprised that those jalousies could be cleaned so nicely despite the cakes of dirt that she saw growing up in that house. :-). Bathroom glass was streaked, items on counters were not moved to clean underneath, and even the sink was not wiped down. Overall, this felt more like a light cleaning than a deep clean. I shared this feedback with the person I booked the appointment with, who said it would be addressed with the cleaner to improve future services.
