Sure, I can understand that but if the work was going to be challenging, Kaui's Kleaners could have quoted me accordingly before accepting the project or just decline to do the work after evaluating what they saw on site better. What resulted was a frustrating waste of my time and an unprofessional job not worth the money I paid-- even with the "small" discount I received--no matter how they said they strove to do their best. It seems that the project had inadequate staffing (based on security camera footage of people coming and going to the house) and perhaps a lack of or distracted supervision based on what I came across when I inspected inside the house the next day. Why offer to return to "correct" the work after numerous discrepancies (basic, routine things that an experienced company should have spotted and taken care of) were brought to their attention after they said the job was completed and payment requested? Those should have been handled thoroughly the first time. For these reasons, I can't recommend this company. I already told Kaui that. This was the first time that the Yelp reviews failed me at a time when I really needed a job done well.

I was impressed with how professionally they were. Straight down to business and got the results that we needed but couldn't get on own. The client was thrilled that the new carpet in their penthouse lobby was back in pristine shape and I was sure to keep Ray's number handy. Since then I used him to assist with other jobs including the main office of one of the largest banks in the state. This includes late and unsatisfactory cleaning (with multiple dirty spots), lack of response when I reached out (despite their guarantee), and LYING to the bank when I tried to initiate a chargeback. We set the appointment for 1 PM. The cleaner arrived in the early afternoon around 2 PM, but the service did not finish until much later at almost midnight due to a change in cleaners. We understand that there was a family emergency causing a change in cleaners, so we aren't too upset about that. However, we are upset at the communication near the end because the original cleaner had estimated finishing at 9 PM due to the delay. We checked in a little past 9 PM and they said they were not finished yet. We stopped by and the new cleaning staff said they'd be done by 10:30 PM. We came back at 11 PM and they were still cleaning, not finishing until almost midnight. With all the time spent, we are also upset at the condition it was left in. Several spots were missed (easy things like dust marks on the floor!). I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, through both email and text, and received no response from them. We attempted to contact them well within the 48-hour period immediately after the cleaning to do a touch-up cleaning (as stated on their website). We had to hire a different cleaning company to finish the job. As a result, we initiated a chargeback, on which KleenPro LIED in the response. They said that we did not reach out, despite us emailing and texting them multiple times to try to resolve the issue amicably. We even tried to request a normal refund from the merchant, but since they did not respond to us, we initiated a chargeback.

I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.
