Just to update my review and rating. True to her word Jessica, the owner contacted me about my experience. She was again very apologetic and did send me a partial refund for the damage to our fixtures and assured me she had made some changes to how her crew would be cleaning these things in the future. I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though. read more

I schedualed a move out cleaning with this company and it was a joy to work with them. They work on fixed rates which is just fine. It was some money but honestly it was worth it because their crew showed up early and were very efficient in their cleaning which took about 5 hours total to do the move out cleaning with included pet cleaning/flea treatment for the new owner. At one point they accidentally broke one of my glass ceiling fan light covers which was concerning but without even telling me they had already gone out to buy not one but three new ones just in case they didn't match and reinstalled! Commuication was top notch and I was told the exact process of everything and honestly I was sad seeing my place so clean! I wanted to move back in! I would highly recommend this company. read more

Easy to schedule, reasonably priced & great work! I had fallen behind on some general cleaning- dust had accumulated in my clutter I had gotten some quotes but most of the cleaners refused to come when they found out how far out west of the island I'm in. The ones that didn't mind the drive was out of my budget. The owner, Jessica, came out & made quick work of what would've took me all week to clean + she did a better job than I would've! She left our two bedroom condo cleaner than it was when we moved in 1 1/2 Years ago with a dog and 2 young smelly boys! First of all she responds right away to calls and texts. Set up for appointment was quick and easy and her crew was professional and polite. We had doggie stains, coffee stains and who knows what stains under the bed and she got all of them out! Appliances looked brand new! Don't let her more than reasonable prices fool you...there's nobody out there better! Jessica is the real deal! Many of my relocations in the military where I hired different cleaning companies, by far J&G cleaning company is the best one! She even came back the day of the inspection to mop the floor one last time, so that I can pass. It really made my move less of a worry, I passed and that saved me a lot of money. Her price was way cheaper considering the amount of work she put in. I would highly recommend Jessica and company to anyone out there that's planning a move out. We used J&G Cleaning for our PCS deep cleaning on Hickam. BEST DECISION EVER! Jessica and her crew work magic! We had a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse and I think it was cleaner than when we first moved in! We had 2 dogs and our carpets were in rough shape. You could not even TELL we had pets after they were finished. Jessica is extremely professional and I enjoyed working with her very much. The price was very good too! My husband and I hired J&G Cleaning to do our move-out cleaning after finding them on Facebook. Not only was she SUPER fast to respond to us, her team set up an appointment immediately to help us out. We were AMAZED by how clean our house was after J&G came through. They super cleaned the carpets, counters, appliances, baseboards, ceiling fans - everything. It was spotless! We needed another home cleaned for a move out last fall and contacted J&G. Although they were not able to help us, they referred us to another local business, which I was so impressed with. I cannot rave enough about this company. We hired Jessica to clean our windows and screens, but it soon expanded since we had a couple of parties at our house this month. They do an awesome job! Moving out of military housing is serious business, but the professionals at J & G did a fantastic job. First of all, Jessica was so pleasant to work with. She immediately put my mind at rest about her crew's ability to do a move out cleaning in Halsey Terrace. On the day of the cleaning, Kai and Rolf were so professional. They understood how stressful this process was, and the got right to work. They worked hard and didn't goof around. They actually stayed until about 8pm to make sure that the carpets and all the items on the list from housing were in top condition. I'm pleased to say that I didn't have any cleaning related charges for my final inspection (and we have a cat and a dog).
