They even cleaned my toilet that had a water ring from calcium build up. I didn't ask them to do that , they just did it!!! The team lead by Dharwin were professional, extremely careful and aimed to please! They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

I was told only one person would be available, but that should not have affected the standard of cleaning. They charged $400 for a subpar job. They did not take out the trash or clean the floors. I came home with my kids after a long day of work and still had to throw out the garbage and deal with dirty floors. When I contacted the company and sent photos, they blamed the issues on the fact that I hadn't done a walkthrough, and they did not offer to correct the problems. My first move, my place was incredibly dirty from the dog hair, furniture being displaced, I forgot to empty drawers/fridge and it rained the day the movers packed me up so you can imagine the disaster. 808 ninja cleaners kept the original quote which was the lowest I could find and she didn't just clean around my messes because I couldn't follow directions. She took the initiative and organized my belongings into a box and cleaned everything that she knew I wanted from top to bottom. Even cleaned my fridge and organized it after it was supposed to be empty. Sorry! She never charged me more which I definitely would have paid if you knew how much stuff I had forgotten. I waited 1 hr. and 40 minutes for the cleaning person to arrive. After waiting for 35 minutes, the business owner texted me and told me that her worker was running a little late and that she would try to give an ETA (estimated time of arrival) but never called or texted me again. While I was closing up the house and about to leave, her worker arrived at 1:40 pm and I decided to let him do the job. The company owner was gracious enough to reduce her cleaning price by $20 for making me wait 1.5 hours. However, I will not be using this company again.

She sent me an invoice via email to pay $100 deposit. On day of cleaning, Dennis texted me that his team of brother of sister were here. Male employee who was originally from Panama did a good job of cleaning 1 bathroom, cleaning windows and vacuuming for bedroom and living room. He called Dennis to let him know that 2nd bathroom with walk in shower was super dirty. Dennis texted me that I will be charged a little more for deep cleaning. Female employee did a great job on cleaning walk in shower Both of employees went over 2 hours by 30 minutes to finish. My amended invoice was $340.41 with tax.
