I have a 6 zone irrigation system and followed their EXACT watering instructions. Grass began disappearing after 3 weeks. I called and got new watering instructions, but it did not help. Jeremy refused to come out to my house to assess the issue after spending $1600 with them and proceeded to yell at me through the phone that "IT IS YOUR FAULT THE GRASS IS DEAD NOT MINE". After multiple conversations he agreed to re-sod 2 pallets for $150 labor cost. Week after week he came up with excuses as to why he couldn't come out. After 2 months I finally realized I was being lied to and he eventually blocked my number. I drove to his "address" on 1960 which is actually a small piece of a lot that he rents on occasion. I had the land owner call him and he eventually told me "I will mail you a $300 check for your trouble". 1.5 months later and still no check or sod... This guy is a complete snake. Stay away. Large enough for a picnic table, nothing fussy but maybe something causal like that at an ice house. Next I wished for a small Louisiana inspired courtyard to remind me of home. We needed extra storage because we only have a small one car garage that is full of bikes, so maybe a bike shed. And I needed something easy to maintain that would be wildlife friendly like a little woodland park.. We also needed to look at our yard and irrigation. Lauren looked over our space and listened to me ramble about my dream yard. Shawn measured everything. Our 2nd meeting was at their home/office and the plans were revealed. Lauren had listened and her beautiful design captured all my wishes. Shawn reviewed the entire plant list, materials and costs. The proposal was professional, completely detailed with photos and names of each plant and flower, photos of previous projects that were similar, and broken up in the following components - Yard Landscaping - Pergola - Bike Shed - Flagstone Patio - Side Yard Screen (for courtyard) - Raised Bed - Irrigation. This way we could select which project for now and for later. We had to wait til August for our project to begin and we had them do ALL of the projects. We have exactly what was detailed in the proposal and are very pleased. I love the flagstone path around my yard, it is like walking in a park. The raised bed has irrigation and tons of sun so my herbs should be very happy. I am seeing new birds and butterflies and hummingbirds that I hadn't seen before. Their enthusiasm is enchanting, it is wonderful to hear them describe the flora and fauna on the project, one day I will be able to tell you the names of all 28 new plants and flowers that were added to my yard. Shawn came out to our home, took photos and we made a small payment for a design proposal. When it was ready, Shawn and Laurin had my wife and I to their home and walked us through their vision for the yard. Laurin put so much thought into every detail, it was clear they genuinely cared about making this yard special for us. There was no pressure, just excitement, and you could see how passionate they are about what they do. Once the work started, Shawn explained the process step by step, introduced the team, and they got to it. The crew was there every morning, ready to go, and if bad weather delayed things, Shawn was on top of it and let us know right away. Throughout the project, he checked in regularly to see how we felt about the progress. If we had questions or ideas, he was always happy to listen and explain things. His work is unprofessional, and his ethics are questionable. He frequently shows up late, is often absent from the site, and sends someone else who only works for 2-3 hours a day. The promises he made were not fulfilled: He only partially leveled the field, promising to finish when preparing the sub-base for the artificial turf. He dug only half of the trench. He never installed the drainage system or grass. Usually, you pay for work completed, but this contractor demands payment upfront. If things go wrong, you will lose your money. Overall, his unprofessionalism and unreliability are not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. Just so you know, this contractor scammed me out of $4300 for the work shown in the pictures. He lied, made falae promises, and said anything he could to get the money upfront. Then he didn't complete the jobs and tried to extort more money.

Initially I was told Mon- Tues with 3-4 guys working. By noon, I was texting him asking when the guys were going to arrive and he said they would t be there till Tues. There were 3 guys the first day to cut trees, but the work took until Friday because there was really only one guy working for Wed and Thurs and two guys in Friday. There was more work to be done and Ernest told me he would need to order supplies. I've had to follow up several times to see when they are coming back to finish although I was I initially told the following Mon, then Friday and now TBD. This has been particularly frustrating because we are trying to get our house ready for sell and was not able to show it while there were workers here and the 'curb appeal' was not where we wanted it without the work being done. I am still waiting for the rest of the work to be done and may increase the rating for quality as long as they finish the work- TBD... UPDATE: They never finished the work they agreed to do which was adding stone around the rest of our trees. I feel like we over paid for labor that was never completed (we were going to pay additional for the materials which we had agreed on) Ernest never got back to me and has ignored the follow up texts and calls.
