John was the first to message me back from JWL Couriers and I could not have dreamed that I would get this type of service on a Friday with such short notice. John was extremely communicative, he kept me posted every step of the way about how long it would take him to wrap up what he was doing, gave me ETAs for pick up and delivery, sent me a photo of the items he picked up as soon as they were in his hands, and arrived without any delay. The address where he was supposed to deliver was blocked all around due to riot activity, and that did not deter him for an instant from making the delivery happen. He was simply amazing! He parked his vehicle, and walked all the way to the gate and up 3 flights of stairs to the front door to make this delivery happen. On top of it all, he charged me such an affordable price, I could not believe it. I was getting quotes from other companies when I was communicating with him, and they were at least 4 times the price. I offered to pay John more for the inconvenience of having to walk, and he declined. He said that it would not be right to charge me more. This delivery took place on a Friday after 5 p.m. and I even found out it was his Birthday today!! I am truly speechless. Not only did JWL provide incredible service at a great price, but also has an honest and hardworking man behind the business, with true integrity! I feel so bad because I can't remember her name, but she was very sweet, I truly hope my experience today at the post office is the norm now and not that I was just lucky because this post office services used to be awful.
