I had gotten quotes from chain autobody shops for a tremendous amount of money. In a bit of desperation I gave Daniel's a shot, as I often passed the location. He was extremely friendly and personable, and was very upfront and honest about the costs. Luckily, they were MUCH lower than the chain shops were. He helped me do some temporary repairs to the roof to keep water out until parts arrived. He did the work in two days, at a fraction of the cost of what one of the major stores quoted. Above all, he was so warm and friendly, chatting with me about cars, and checked in as he was doing the work. It's very rare to find a small shop for ANY service now that still treats you with kindness and honesty, and Daniel definitely does that. I would recommend him for any auto body work.

I feel the professional detail is an excellent value given the price they charge. The only caveat to getting service at Detail Kings is their location: It's in the lower level of a parking garage. This was a minor issue getting back to the location using ride sharing (uber/lyft) as the app and driver get confused by the destination info. But if you are willing to wait on-site, or have a family member to pick you up and drop you off, then this is a non-issue, and I would definitely recommend Detail Kings to others.

The diffuser install ended up being a headache. Rather than force it or tell me it wasn't going to work, they reached out to the company that supplied the part and worked with them until it was done properly. It took a lot more time than any of us expected, and they didn't charge me anything extra for it. I also had them PPF the trunk, which came out perfect. I've taken this car to two other detailers before, and the work OGD did was a clear step above both. Good people, and they clearly care about doing the job right. I'll be bringing my car back.
