He had problems with his equipment not working so didn't even bother touching the seats or carpet. The main reason I hired a detailer was to shampoo and extract them. He did not mention his problems, still took me for the full $250. Week later he kept on messaging me for a review. Told him it wouldn't be a good one. He wanted to come back out and fix the issue. I waited two weeks. Day of I made my day clear of plans waited all day for a no show. texted them asking if he was coming, he replied that he thought he messaged me already, that some mice got into his car over night and ate his engine wires. Nothing but a load of crap. I replied my frustration thatI have been waiting all day and he has yet again wasted my time, he replied. "calm down". Guy is a huge waste of time. Sent me $50 back and charged me $200 to throw some shine all over the plastic and rubber. Barely get the dirt off my door panel and left streaks all over the radio and windows. Truck interior just as dirty as when he got there, only now all the surfaces look like they have tire shine on them, and very tacky to the touch. Hands feel greasy after touching the steering wheel. Terrible service. Stay away from them.

I provide a new 5-quart jug of oil and I get a little back as my engine takes four quarts. This time, I saw the young man pour the entire jug into my engine then toss (like end-over-end) the empty plastic jug in the trash. He shows me the dipstick, which looked OK after starting the car. But I was suspicious. The car's never required 5 quarts before. In the morning, with a cold engine, I popped the hood & pulled the dipstick. Sure enough -- over full. Took a crappy picture with my cellphone but it's obvious.
