They never answer. You have to leave a message. They don't call you back. Your doctor gives them orders and it takes them day/weeks for those changes to be made. They also give you incorrect advice. Always check with your doctor to verify what they tell you. Again, the technologist is great, but the problem is the customer service/compliance and the rest of the organization leaves a lot to be desired.

They could not repair it and they were concerned about his safety. I asked if they knew any resources that could help him get an affordable new walker, the incredibly kind and caring woman went in the back and found a used walker that was in way better shape and gifted it to my vulnerable friend. It brought me to tears and has made a world of difference for my neighbor. He lives alone and is in his 80s. This place is employed by the most caring knowledgeable, helpful woman who restored dignity to my friend. Thank you.
