I went through all the details with him. After that, I inquired about his quotation for this job. He told me that it would be around $7,000. He told me that he would write up the estimate and send it to me afterward. When I got his written estimate, my jaw dropped to the floor. He raised the price from $7,000 to $12, 480.00. It blew my mind that he would raise the price by almost over $5,600 the next day. He is ridiculous. I don't think that he is a trustworthy person. Besides that, he was very unprofessional and selfish when making appointments for an estimate with me. When he made the 1st appt with me, he canceled at the last minute. Then we rescheduled another appointment. That day I rushed home from out of state to meet him. While I was on my way home for the appt., he texted me that he arrived 1/2 hour earlier. I asked him to wait for me because I would arrive on time. But he refused, he told me that he could not wait. Then we rescheduled the 3rd time, but he didn't confirm the time. To my surprise, he just showed up at my door without my confirmation of being at home. This guy does things according to his convenience and advantage. His way or no way. I wouldn't recommend this guy & his company to anyone. Think more than twice if you want to hire him!!!

They were both friendly and seemed to take the task with patience, which I appreciated. I didn't want to put too much work into it, because the room set up is pretty established and I just wanted a refresh, but obviously still wanted everything to look good! I'm glad I found these guys because that's exactly what I got. The process was really easy from start to finish - I filled out an online contact form on their site and got a call to get the ball rolling the next day. An estimator came to give me quote and went through the process - what color I should buy/was recommended and how much I should buy based on how many layers he thought I'd need. Since it was just two rooms, they said it could all be done in a day! We scheduled the painting for a few days later based on my schedule. They did a great job of not getting paint on ANYTHING and I didn't pay until everything was totally done. I paid via credit card but understood that they accept payment with Venmo and PayPall too which is awesome. Overall would highly recommend - painless process and great results!

It's like people bring the dust and leave it everywhere. And since it teach and a lot of students go through the the space I often need the service. Overall the paint job was fine for the reasonable price point and the condition of my walls to begin with, but when it came time for them to complete phase two, the window trim, they stopped returning my phone calls and text messages. I had to actually hire ANOTHER painter to complete the job because Zulen totally disappeared on me. It is unfortunate because I have a ton of friends now who need paint jobs and I wouldn't recommend them. They were going to come back and touch up some things that were missed originally too and they just disappeared off the face of the earth! I hope that doesn't happen to you!

The paint job was a sloppy mess. Than the wood cases started to peel. We told him that he never sanded the existing oil. He insisted he did. He had a Benjamin Moore rep come to the house who told him that the casing were not sanded enough. Ross decided to strip it with peel away. He never had enough workers to do the job properly so the peel away dried and created a mess. All the wood casings needed heavy sanding since he never cleaned it. It was like he had no idea how to use the striper. We are two months into painting one room with no end in sight. We are now arguing about sanding the horrible strip job. My advice do not hire them!!!!!

I did the "adult" thing & got three quotes. The other two were late, wish washy, cheaper but would take a long time. Anyone who has had work done or painting knows that having a bunch of strangers in your home sucks & creates chaos. Best to pay more to get the job done. Ross from Precision painting showed up on time (usually early during the job), had an industry discount with high-end Farrow & Ball paint, & left me his business card like a professional. He also knew about priming over different colors & surfaces & what my specific project needed for gloss levels, etc. Ross' quote was reasonable & he would be faster than the other guys. I confirmed with the woman holding down the organized office & decided to sign with them. Of course I added in wallpaper on the ceiling & crown moulding after I asked & Ross was calm about it, "yeah, we can do that" is not what I am used to hearing. He didn't second guess my wants as a woman & had capable men on hand to really make my dream room come true versus settling. We readjusted the quote to add in the new work & ALL FINANCIAL & TIME PARAMETERS WERE 100% CLEAR. There were no games around money or time- no saying he'd show up & then nothing. His crew were the best. They came early & were good people. Minimal mess. I have had all of this work done multiple times in the past with horrible messes & dust. I feel traumatized by past work but Ross + Precision Painting job was unbelievable. The room before was OK but boring & simplistic plus kind of messy & a bad paint job.
