I called this place the evening before a snow storm (Saturday) since I was going to be out of town and my wife, who was pregnant, would be unable to clear the snow herself but needed to get to work on Monday morning. They never showed up Sunday evening or Monday morning. I called them several times and they just kept saying they were running behind. I ended up getting home Monday evening and they still hadn't cleared any snow. My wife missed work because of them not showing up. When I called to cancel, they did not even apologize to us despite what had happened. I ended up just shoveling the 8 inches of snow by myself. Don't depend on them showing up. They have no clue on how to run a business. Try somewhere else!

For the snow removal service, I would say they abided by the contract 20%, by placing the markers, and providing snow removal about 3/10 times this winter thus far. Each time it should have been done and they did not show up I made an excuse in my head about why they possibly did not come. I am now just done with hoping they will show up during the heavy snow fall. Unfortunately I have to take matters into my own hands with two small children, since my husband is deployed. I wish I would have went with a more reliable company.
