I dropped off my paper work on a monday and had my registration, title transfer and tags on Wednesday. It literally took less time than grabbing a couple of Starbucks.. On top of that the service was outstanding. There was a small problem with my paper work and Jennifer actually called me while they were processing the tags and we corrected it with a quick email. Where if I had done it myself it would have meant at least one or two more trips to the DMV not to mention god knows how many headache filled hours. I consider myself a relative frugal person by nature but Ill Im happy to pay for value. Honestly for the amount of time, anxiety and frustration these guys saved me I think its worth twice the amount I payed.

They were confident and assured me they would be able to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. They also remained in contact with me on a regular basis, both through text and email, in order to give me updates as far as the status of the process. Seems like a different attendant each time, but, they're always friendly & polite. Pull in, get out of the car so they can reach the plug in port, wait a few minutes & bingo, you're done. For a few dollars more, you can have them do all the renewal paperwork for you & have the sticker sent to your address via USPS.
