I decided to walk into this place bc I lazily did NOT want to wait in line in the cold. Quick biggest EXPENSIVE not thinking decision I EVER made in my life. I gave him my information he typed it in his computer...so he would be getting the same information that the DMV off of American Pacific Dr would have, right? Right when he presses ENTER... There is no fee of services IN dmv itself) Estimated DMV fee $40 ( fee at DMV) TOTAL $239 Got a text later in the afternoon that my paperwork was rejected. In DMV, the agent inputs EVERYTHING in the system and w/in seconds info information is viewed and agent is able to inform you what is needed right than and there in your face. It makes me really think what kind of 1940s system this place is running, that i wasnt informed of what and why my paperwork was REJECTED by DMV, until hrs later. I paid for nothing but complete BS. So, dont be lazy like me and just go make an appt or wait in that line to do ANY and ALL DMV transactions. -zero stars

They were confident and assured me they would be able to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. They also remained in contact with me on a regular basis, both through text and email, in order to give me updates as far as the status of the process. And despite the computer drama and delays of the past few weeks at the DMV, they were still able to quickly and efficiently complete the process for me. I didn't want to have to stop at two places, smog and then go to the DMV with my kids in this summer heat. So I decided to take the little drive from Cadence with my kiddos. I drove up in the carline, third in line. I even saw two cars behind me leave while I was waiting in line. It only took about 10 mins when I was upfront! This lady working the equipment was quick! Smog checked, renewal registration paid, and done! Kids still hanging in the car! All in less than 10 mins! The pricing is affordable for these kind of services. You can check-in on Yelp for a little discount, but I tipped them anyway. I did wonder about the free car wash I saw on a previous review, but oh well. All worth it!
