I recently was in an accident nearby, and the staff was on scene trying to help in any way possible. They even offered to take my bike into the shop and hold it for insurance. They also took calls from my family asking for any details. These are just the icing on the cake. The dealership has a great selection of bikes with good deals (much better than other nearby dealers) and a great parts/clothing selection. But, with any dealer, the staff makes the dealer a home.
