    K & W Auto Body - Award Winning Service

This is the third time we've had repair work done on our vehicles by K&W. Due to a hit and run,…read morethis repair was covered by our insurance company. Once again, K&W did outstanding work on the damage. The repairs made the car look like new and the paint work was most impressive. The rapid tool longer than expected but USAA has an approval process for supplemental claims so, for the exceptional work, it was worth it. Great job, K&W crew!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience wasted my time…read more I used K&W's online photo estimating system, submitted pictures of my truck, received an estimate, and scheduled a repair appointment. They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.

This was intentional we have video of the inspection no screw was loose. Getting a lawyer, stay away from this place!!! swim at your own risk beware of sharks

I had a very frustrating experience with AYT Auto. While I will say the service was completed…read morequickly and the initial price seemed reasonable, things went downhill from there. At the last minute, the price was changed, which was already disappointing. Even worse, my vehicle was returned to me with damage that was not there before I brought it in. When I called to address the issue, the owner, Henry, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he told me my only alternative was to call the police. He refused to exchange insurance information and would not allow me to review any camera footage from the time my car was in the shop. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Use at your own risk I would not recommend this shop.

1 star and that's being generous…read more My husband and I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Suburban from this dealership and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.
