Just out of curiosity, I checked with the closest tire center near me and found Tire Kingdom. To my surprise, they had the exact tires I wanted in stock! I didn't want to wait around for an unknown amount of time for Sam's Club to get the tires, so I went ahead and paid the extra $200 and had Tire Kingdom install. I was concerned if I continued waiting on Sam's Club, my tires would fail or become dangerous, so I'm glad I went and took care of it. The new tires are wonderful. What a difference. I made an appointment for Saturday 9/4 but got called shortly after asking if I could reschedule due to being short handed, and when I called back, they said never mind, come in at your appointment time. The person I spoke with said they would turn away walk ins instead. The whole process took 2 hrs, but I was expecting it to take that long, so not a big deal. I just relaxed in their comfortable waiting room and read. Everyone was pleasant and very respectable and great manners. Sure, I wish they had a price match guarantee, but I needed the tires so bad, I was more happy and pleasantly surprised that they even had them. Their estimate-billing system is full of charges that were not asked for. Hard sell on services and parts that are not needed. Who ever heard of charging over $100 for an oil change? Got home and as always when wheels are removed I check torque on the lug nuts. Of all 4 wheels at least 8 were barely finger tight, 6 were correct torque spec and the rest were somewhere in between. Not sure what the tech was doing but my wheel lugs were not checked for torque spec. Very dissapointed in this shop. Now I'm wondering about my alignment, was at done correctly ?​​​
