I told him to check his cameras; at that time he asked me to leave the property and was very rude to me. I called Fort Pierce police, and the officer told me it is a civil matter. MY WARNING FOR ALL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE AT SUNRISE FORD, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA. THEY ARE A SCAM SINCE THE BUSINESS WAS SOLD SOME YEARS AGO. I have been using them since I was 16 and had my first car. But they recently got bought out by Mavis and they no longer offer multi year alignment packages. So I went to Tires plus asked for a lifetime alignment package and while checking the vehicle they told me I needed two new tires and I bought them from Tires Plus. Guess they got a new customer. Tire Kingdom isn't what it used to be and the staff are rude. They hung up on me. Even though it was 2 hours before closing the gentleman flat out told me they where trying to get out of here because it's the 4th of July weekend when I was only trying to schedule service for Monday. I will only be back out desperation.

Their estimate-billing system is full of charges that were not asked for. Hard sell on services and parts that are not needed. Who ever heard of charging over $100 for an oil change? Ok. Been going to tires plus for 20 plus years. Never had a…read morebad experience. Well that changed May 14, 2026. Made appointment for tire rotation & alignment check. Work was done timely. Got home and as always when wheels are removed I check torque on the lug nuts. Of all 4 wheels at least 8 were barely finger tight, 6 were correct torque spec and the rest were somewhere in between. Not sure what the tech was doing but my wheel lugs were not checked for torque spec. Very dissapointed in this shop. Now I'm wondering about my alignment, was at done correctly ?​​​
