Made an appt online. The day before my appt I missed their phone call. Ok, my bad. Went the next day for them to tell me they tried to call me but my voicemail was full (I don't have voicemail on my cell), not the point here.... They said because I made the appt online, they overbooked. So the person working there made the appt for the following week. Got there the following week for them to tell me the same story. Told the guy HE was the one to make the appt for me, in the store. He said to leave my car there and it'll be ready at 6 pm, when my appt was at 10 am. Sorry, but no. Showed my confirmation email Tire Plus sent. Before you know it, my car was in service. Got out of there within 45 minutes. Terrible experience at Tires Plus on Gatlin Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Went in for an oil change on my 2015 Kia at 70,000 miles. It leaks oil ever since they overfilled the crankcase. It never leaked oil until it was worked on at the Gatlin location. Incompetent and unreliable. My wife takes the car to let them know and the manager tells her it's an old car and sometimes they leak oil. They leak oil after you pay tires Plus to do your regular maintenance and they don't stand behind their work. read more

Had to leave a review for this one. Usually take my car here for simple things such as oil changes, tire, etc. However, I wouldn't recommend this place at all for any major fixes. Had a bad starter and towed my car to their shop and manager there said he couldn't "test" the starter and all he did was replace the battery. Instead of diagnosing further like normal mechanics do they just recommended to take it to the dealer instead. Had a tow come and pickup the car at the shop just to get it to the dealer. Dealer does a quick test and guess what. It was the starter. Now im paying 6x premium for a starter replacement 'cuz these idiots don't know how to check. TLDR: AVOID. read more

I visit my mom who lives here on a regular basis. Any problem I have ever had from a flat tire to a sensor or replacing worn parts has always been dealt with at a really fair price. Timing has never been an issue unlike other reviews. I would rather wait a little longer for super professional, and friendly service. After 2 hours of sitting here and watching them work on your car then stop to work on another. I ordered the tires via TireBuyer.com on 5/3/2016, product arrived at the installer Tire Plus 2673 SW Edgarce St., Port St Lucie, FL 34953 on 5/4/2016. Tires were mounted and on my 2001 Mercedes Benz e320 by 12:00 PM on 5/5/2016. Christopher was my Service Adviser at TirePlus he was friendly and professional from the get-go. I never been to TirePlus before, and these guys make you feel like "Family." Heck I was waiting for a little old Italian lady to come out of one of the bays with offerings of fresh baked Italian pastries. I even had a nice cup of coffee while I was waiting. I mean they really make you feel at home. I pay very close attention when it comes to whom is behind the wheel of one of my prized vehicles, and I have to say the Technician who drove and installed the tires on my car, was Excellent. I noticed before he got behind the steering wheel, he placed a plastic covering on the seat and wheel to protect it. He drove and handled my car with "Total Car Care." I requested he place the two front tires he removed in my trunk which he also did with care. I also had the pleasure to meet Justin Maynard the Store Manager, he was also very friendly and professional, assuring me of the status of the job. My experience with both TireBuyer and TirePlus is a "10 Star" without a doubt, not to mention the money and time I saved. So, I do pronounce TireBuyer and TirePlus a welcome to my future tire needs. The shop was cleaner than some doctor's office I have visited, I also met other staff members and they too were a pleasure. I'm not to happy to post this way but I have now had 2 bad experiences with Tires Plus on Gatlin and will not be going back there for any service whatsoever. I never hardly leave any bad reviews with or about any place unless it's done twice. Well first time I went in for an oil change around January for my wife's car. They did the oil change and left her car at the entrance to go in and out from the parking lot facing outwards. If someone were to have hit the car coming in, whose fault would that be?? Not mine but for the inconvenience they sent a 50 dollar coupon basically good for another oil change for wifeys car. Ok, no problem, simple error on parking a car. Today, 4/3/19, I get a call that the appointment I set for last night for today got pushed back for Thursday at 11 instead of today. Well I swapped cars with my dad so he could take it in while I went to work. I called the store and spoke with a girl and she was apologetic and said well we'll squeeze you in just come up and leave the car. My dad goes in and store manager and my dad get into because apparently Jess didn't speak with Justin about said conversation so Justin said well we will get to it as soon as possible. Dad is 69 years old, doesn't have patients to sit for 2-3 maybe even 4 hours at most. Now I don't know where the scheduling issue arose from but the call I got was great courtesy but when you get there and mouth off about said situation, attitudes get you bad reviews. Justin, don't yell at your elders in the manner you spoke to my father this morning because the power of reviews will lose clientele as well as word of mouth/sight of this if this is how you "treat" your customers. You should be ashamed of yourself for your attitude and behavior on a store manager/professional level. To add insult the mechanic who worked on my vehicle turned around and told my father who sat there over 2 hours to "have a wonderful day" basically being cocky. I will never return to here after today. Fair warning people. I do give second chances when the quality of work is good. Originally went here to have some new tires installed in March '14 and all 4 rims got scratched. I contacted them and the actual technician who worked on the car apologized and said they can have them buffed out and that he tried to be as careful as possible, etc. I elected not to get them repaired because I was concerned about the repair process to the factory rims. I did not want them to possibly worse than just living with the scratches. I had purchased the lifetime balance and rotation package at the time. I ended up going back in August '14 to have the tires rotated. I mentioned to the gentlemen at the counter the previous damage and that I had taken pictures that morning on my phone of the rims and for them to be careful as I do not want anymore scratches. They said my wait would be about 2 hours so I said I would drop the car off. I ended up calling a couple hours later to find out the status and he said they were just pulling the car into the garage and it would be another 30-40 minutes. No problem. My wife though drives by about 10 minutes later on her way to the grocery store and noticed my car was sitting in the same parking spot backed in as we left it over 2 hours ago. So another 2 hours go by and they finally call to say my car was ready. When I arrived I looked over my rims and fortunately no additional scratches however the right side tires were not rotated. I could tell they were still in the same place as before as I compared them to the pictures unique identifying characteristics (scratches) the rim already had on it and also you could clearly see which rims had more brake dust from being in the front and the right front side clearly had a rim with brake dust all over and the right rear was an almost clean rim. So they promptly got my car back up on the ramps and 5 minutes later all was well until I got in my car to drive home. I noticed they must not have used any covering to protect the doors, seats, steering wheel, etc. I had greasy handprints all over my beige leather seats, steering wheel and door upholstery. I even had one large grease spot on my passenger seat! So I needed to take more time out of my day to clean the interior of my car for the next hour in our wonderful August weather in Florida (yes, sarcasm). I purchased a lifetime balance and rotation but unfortunately I am not going to go back anymore. I will just pay for my balances and rotations for the remainder of these tires service life elsewhere. Most of us work hard for whatever we do have and to have these guys not take a little more care to do the job right is just not going to cut it. If the kind of service described above is what you are interested in then this is the place for you otherwise look elsewhere. read more
