The whole Tires Plus experience was not good, took a long time, was very confusing as to the cost of the service and the offer of "$50 IN SAVINGS" is basically non-existent. Their estimate-billing system is full of charges that were not asked for. Hard sell on services and parts that are not needed. Who ever heard of charging over $100 for an oil change? They do a "vehicle inspection" and charge me for it, the vehicle is under warranty from the manufacturer and has no problems.... Avoid. read more

Ok. Been going to tires plus for 20 plus years. Never had a bad experience. Well that changed May 14, 2026. Made appointment for tire rotation & alignment check. Work was done timely. Got home and as always when wheels are removed I check torque on the lug nuts. Of all 4 wheels at least 8 were barely finger tight, 6 were correct torque spec and the rest were somewhere in between. Not sure what the tech was doing but my wheel lugs were not checked for torque spec. Very dissapointed in this shop. Now I'm wondering about my alignment, was at done correctly ?​​​ read more

Made an appointment for a tire rotation because it's free if you buy your tires there. I waited an hour past my appointment time for a tire rotation and my car never left the parking spot I pulled into. Got my keys and ended up leaving. A few months ago I came in with a nail in my tire. The tread depth was 4/32 and they said they couldn't patch it that low even though the legal limit is 2/32. I ended up buying new tires there because I knew I needed them soon anyways. read more

UNBELIEVABLE PRICING!! This is the second time I've used the St. Lucie West store to replace a tire stem in my Ford F150. The first time (back in December 2025), I was charged $25-30, and they provided great service. Today, my son took my Ford F150 (same vehicle) back for another tire stem (different than last time), and they actually charged me $12 to put my spare tire back, an additional $8 to put air in the tire, AND $21 labor. My total bill, including tax, was $50.27 to have a $1.99 item replaced on my tire. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!! My son is nonconfrontational, so he did not say anything while he was there. That is okay... social media has a greater impact than anything I could argue over the phone. NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I went to the Tires Plus location on Edgarce Street in Port St Lucie FL. After explaining what was wrong with my car they said that it was something that the dealership would have to take care. They were very busy & it seemed like they just didn't want to take in anymore business. I called the Tires Plus on Saint Lucie West Blvd & they told me to bring my car in that same day. They took a look at my car & explained what was needed to repair it. I asked if I needed to take it to a dealership. I was told no. They could repair it that same day. They did. The Tires Plus on EDGARCE ST. in PORT ST LUCIE FL just didn't want to be bothered since they were so busy. I will never take my car to that location again even though its only 10 minutes from me. Mechanics at this place don't know what they are doing I took the car to replace struts with 11 AM appointment it took all day, car was ready at 5:30 PM; two days later I thought better check under the hood because I saw a spot of oil on the floor, no problem with that, but I saw the engine filter box completely loose and the protective plastic cover attached to the hood was hanging only with one retainer ( three were missing) I went to the store talked to the manager, he was very rude talking to me and loud ( I am 81 years old lady) he didn't want to do nothing right then telling me I had to make an appointment, I demanded for him to take care right then and finally he got a mechanic the problem was that they installed the filter the wrong way and that was the reason the cover didn't fit, and instead of trying to fixed right they left it loose; about the retainers he put some that came out right away; I ended up buying the retainers at Advance auto parts, the sale person name Ricardo helped me to find the retainers and installed them himself I don't want to even think about what kind of work they did changing the struts! blew a tire on 95 in my work van with all of my tools in it Headed to a job. Called tire kingdom right next door to make sure they had the tire that i needed and also time to mount and balance the tire on the rim. they said yes of coarse and scheduled an "appointment" in their system. I got my buddy to bring me a jack to take the wheel off and take me to tire kingdom. I get there and they sell me the darn tire and tell me that it will be over an hour, possibly a hour and a half before they can get it done... I walked right next door to tires plus "that was also just as busy keep in mind" They we're glad to help me. They told me to go return the tire at tire kingdom and they would sell me the same all terrain tire. de mount the blown tire and mount and balance the new one for the same price as I just paid just for the tire over at tire kingdom. So I walked right back over to tire kingdom to try and return the tire and they would not let me sadly. needless to say to say miachel AKA "Mop Head" at tires plus still helped me out and got one of the crew members to mount and balance the tire that I got conned into purchasing from tire kingdom. I am more than grateful for yall taking the time to help me out. I sincerely appreciate you guys. I was in a bit of a pickle and behind schedule. Y'all had me in and out the door in less then 5 mins. I mean seriously it takes less then 5 mins to mount and balance a tire. How hard can it be??? Took my vehicle there. I was charged over 1,000. 00 for a repair that didn't fix my vehicle. My vehicle won't allow me to pump gas. After the repair, cannot pump gas and it makes and additional noise under hood now. I was told it was fixed. Called back. They want me to return. To pay an additional bill in order for them to guess at some other repair. I'm going to pass. I'll take it to the dealership. Higher prices, but my vehicle will be properly repaired. I needed an oil change right away and Tires Plus was the only place with availability so i went there for the first time (and LAST time) This place has a front desk filled with ghouls. from the moment i checked in for my oil change the counter guy says "Lets go have a look at your truck". i said what for? im just getting an oil change? He gets to my truck and is salivating telling me how my tires are wearing unevenly (*note my tires are 3 weeks old) and starts pointing out more nonsense, i said "Hey Guy, i have a mechanic, I am here for an oil change ONLY". so they bring my truck in and almost 90 minutes later i ask "what is going on back there?" he says technician will be here to talk to you about your truck in a minute. the technician starts winging off one thing after another that i need etc etc. then i said OIL CHANGE ONLY!!!! they were relentless. meanwhile on the phone they said they had Mobil One synthetic, they didnt, they used some other oil they claim is better, i said "that's your opinion, but the fact is you lied on phone" BE WARNED! these guys are absolute blood suckers looking for some gullable person who gets spooked by their nonsense diagnostics. Terrible , went to get my brakes changed and all they do is up sell you , my brakes are smoking , it's making weird grinding noises I've had older cars with older brakes and it does NOT MAKE THAT NOISE and the brakes didn't fully function either, I'm going down a bridge going 40mph and my vehicle would not brake my pedal was stuck up wards giving pressure up and I couldn't put the pedal down to the floor , I had to slow my vehicle down with my emergency brake and when i stopped my tires were smoking where the brakes were and gave an awful burning smell , Craig told me it's normal if your brakes make noises it's "contact" between the brakes and rotors, I almost lost my life and they still want me to pay 900$ for there negligence. 10/10 would not recommend and I'm NOT paying. read more

Be careful.... I went to fix a tire after I paid for lifetime balance and a full "insurance" for my tires. They claimed that since I didn't aligned and balance them every three months they can not replaced the "unfixable" tire. They quote $1100 to replace all 4 tires because they all went bad, i told them I will return the following week. When I returned, the estimate changed to $1500, and I asked why and they told me " that is the price if you wanted". Car needed a new alternator and battery. Had to get it towed and this was the closest place. The staff were friendly and the service was done quickly. When working on it they called and told me the auto belt tensioner was going bad as well. In total I paid just over $1000 to get all 3 things fixed. No clue if that's a fair price or not, unfortunately don't have much experience with cars, but they were fast and professional. Afterwards the car ran great with no issues. All in all I only spent 10 minutes in the building from requesting the service and paying for it. I got in too close to closing, so it was done promptly in the morning. Edit: The price here is more expensive then the price at almost all local mechanics, so if you are not in desperate need I would look check around first. read more

Employees were nice, service time was good. They got done with my car about an hour earlier than expected. That being said, had a big problem with the quality of service. Upon getting my car back, there was glue all over all four tires and rims. This showed me the lack of care and attention to detail they have. This concerns me with the rest of the service and if it's done correctly with care. I have also scheduled tire replacement in the past. Each time they will call back prior to the appointment and say they no longer have the tire in stock and only have more expensive ones. This time I went in and agreed upon a tire they said they have. About 2 hrs into it, those tires were " already sold" but have a more expensive model in that fits my car. This is obviously up sell bulls**t. My spouse brought a car for just an oil change and rotation today. After several hours I drove by to see what they were doing. They had the front passenger tire off and no one in sight. About that time they call to give a long list of repairs they say were needed. They were told to just change the oil. When the car was driven home I went out to look it over. The manager and service advisor at this location LIES AND TRY TO SELL YOU SERVICES YOU DONT NEED. I went in today for an oil change at 7am let at 8:45. About 30 minutes in they came and told me I needed all the items listed below. I said I don't because I had my 100k service done at Hyundai less than 6 months ago. Keep in mind just spent over $700 for four brandy new tires a lifetime alignment and wheel balance. So today the manager Brian told me I needed an Axle shaft on one side he claimed the recommended on the last visit I asked him to show me in the computer he couldn't and he's the one who assisted me. Ran over something in Port St. Lucie during our trip to Atlanta.We didn't think it was a repairable tire. They said if we could wait around a while they would try. Wow not only did they plug the tire, they suggested we get an alignment, and were quick about it. It worked perfectly we made it home to Atlanta safely. We thought we were going to have to get four brand new tires on our Subaru for $1000, which would have basically ruined our vacation. n August 2023 I have took my car (mazda 6 2012) to Tires Plus (at 1376 St Lucie W Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 3498) they have replaced my oil. For different other issues the car was back in the same shop in September, October, November. Spent around 5,000 USD on the services. At end of November the car check engine light came up and the car started to drive sluggish. Because I work in Pompano Beach and it happened during my morning commute I have called my ex co-worker who is a car mechanic to check the car out. He took the car after further investigation he realized there is little to no oil, as the oil tap is broken and the oil slowly seeped out of the engine, and the engine is in a bad condition. I have called Tires Plus (claim number 2779611). They have emailed me that they will check what they can do. Due to my long commute I was forced to find another car. Mazda included 500 USD (the blue book value of the car was 4,500 USD) to my down payment as from the 6 cylinders only 4 was working. I have notified Tires Plus. No reply from them. After Christmas (4 weeks after the incident) I have got call from the independent surveyor to check my car. I have told him the car is with Mazda and gave him the same information what I gave to Tires Plus. Tires Plus eventually came back to deny my claim as I have sold my car. Tires Plus doesn't want to do what is right they are just covering their subpar work. read more

Set up appointment using the app. to get two inexpensive 40,000 mile tires. They called to tell me they no longer carry that tire and they didn't have any available appointments for two days. So much for using the app. They told me they could install the next level up tire. This was a 45,000 mile tire. When my daughter brought the car in they told her the tires that they were supposed to put on her car didn't fit her car and sold her 70,000 mile tires that were over twice the price of the original tires requested. Not sure, but it looks like these guys will bait and switch and if you are female they will make you you think you need to buy something you don't need. Watch out for this Port St Lucie store.
