What a bad experience that I have to see every single day. Ruco was not the cheapest quote I had…read morereceived to fence my property. The old fence was removed and replaced in a single day, which was worrying. Within days the fence pickets were warping. One of the owners of Ruco came out and took photos, sent them to the lead installer. Comments were made about how these materials didn't seem to compare to what they normally see. Ruco scheduled his team to come repair. The attitude of the lead installer was poor, defensive. After picking out many boards that needed to be replaced, they ran out of nails. I supplied their team with coils of nails for their nail guns so they could attempt to finish the work, they ran out of pickets. After leaving I called Ruco back, asking for further action. When the owner came out we looked at the fence again, pointing out a few different things such as an entire panel that was bowed "what do you want me to do, replace the entire section?" I shouldn't have to ask, you should install a quality product. We scheduled another service, the owner came out instead of his team with a stack of boards and a hammer fit for a grade schooler. I set up my own chop saw and cut boards for him, sad. There is more sadness to the story, that I don't have the urge to keep this going. After multiple attempts to erect a visibly appealing fence, we all gave up. Ruco wants to get in and out, quantity over quantity. Poor product No craftsmanship Bad service Over priced

On Wed or Thurs I met with TVF for my quote. I signed the front side of a paper to have them come…read moreout and do a service (YES THEY HAVE A BACK SIDE AND YOU MUST READ) I called TVF on Saturday (two days later) at 1301 and cancelled via telephonic conversation with an employee. I had someone else do the job for $350.00 cheaper. I thought that was it, taken care of....NOPE Approximately ten days later a crew from TVF was out at my house to put up a fence, I stopped them just in time before they took down my fence I just had put up, I thought that was also the end of it....NOPE I received a bill in the mail from TVF stating that i owed them 25% of the cost of the original fence do to not canceling. I spoke on the phone with one of the owners who stated that I never called and cancelled and was unwilling to hear anything I had to say. The owner took me to small claims court witch took almost a year due to me being in Afghanistan. I spoke with a mediator and the Owner (Mr. Owens) to settle this, and he was persistent that since they had to load the truck and drive to my location and go back to unload the truck then I was going to be charged, he also stated I never called. I showed the owner the phone records from W.O.W. with the date and time and the duration of the call on the date I told him, Mr. Owens then changed his statement and said that it was a contract issue. I thought that was funny since I had the proof that I called but his company dropped the ball and he wants to push it onto me. After small claims court, (which I won, but now he is taking me to civil court) I told Mr. Owens that its sad to see a owner not care that one of his employees took my message and didn't pass it along but he his going after me. Mr. Owens then told me that that his company made 6.5 million last year and it wasn't about the money, but since we posted our comments on the BBB and his Facebook it made him upset. I would not use this company unless your 100% sure your going to do the job, and also do research on this company because this isn't the first time.

My mom had to have it. Her health isn't good. Jeff explained to me that there could be more added at the end depending on what took place at my mom's home. If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked.
