For what I paid, you could go to Minnetonka or Motorworks and get so much better. Their loaners are embarrassing. Dirty, don't work and cost me money because the trunk wouldn't close so I couldn't work. I paid more than I woud pay Minnetonka or Motorworks. They tried to slip in work without me knowing, I did overpay a lot at Euorworx. Jake, the owner, yelled at me when I told him the problems. He was confrontational to me, I don't feel he would've yelled at a man the way he yelled at me. It was so wrong.

Then because of my situation I dealt with Matt in special financing, he was more than amazing!! He worked on different ways to make sure that I could drive away in a new vehicle. Well he did it, I am the proud owner of a Ford Fiesta and absolutely love it. We trusted A&W to replace the transmission in our car and had nothing but trouble. First they…read moredidn't quote accurately and charged a substantial amount more than quoted. Then they didn't hook up the ground cable (very standard step in the process) so our car broke down days after the transmission was fixed, leaving us to get towed and have to pay for a tow. We contacted A&W to reimburse for the tow since they failed to complete the repair correctly and they agreed to reimburse us, but then later decided they wouldn't reimburse us. Nice people, poor service.

I had my vehicle with them a couple months ago: Due to a miscommunication when a third party (my…read moremom ) dropped off my vehicle, the initial repair I had Park do on my van did not solve the problem (which at the end the day was on me). When I went back to work with them in person, I had a pretty negative bias going in, but after talking with the owner he gave me confidence he would solve the problem and he did. It was a pretty bizarre issue and even my more mechanically inclined buddies said it was a really tough one to track. (For the dorks: There was a single connector pin inside the fuel pump that was cracked in half, down inside the connector housing). They also took care of me in a way that I was very satisfied with with regards to cost.
