They happily took my money though.... I had already rented another vehicle prior to my horrible experience and when I tried to cancel, I still could not get ahold of anyone. When they finally realized I never picked up the vehicle (after the trip was done), a manager finally called me saying he was going to refund me for my trip since I never used the car. Did that happen? No. I contacted him multiple times after and got no response. They clearly are happy to take your money but not provide an even decent customer experience.

Finance manager just said, "your payment I'd $x and you have a 150k mile warranty" for when we were introduced in the waiting area. He was very fast to slip the paperwork in the middle of the other documents too. I have the same coverage on my other car and was going to add it so I didn't argue there. The more I think about how sleazy and unethical this guy was, the more I think I'll cancel it just so they don't get the money. Bottom line, RUN or play to immediately refinance. The finance guy is a crook, so use them for a good vehicle plan to fix the back end stuff later.

Then when I arrived I was told there'd be another up charge for pet hair. In total I paid almost 200 so the Groupon is misleading IMO and all they did was vacuum the car and put tire shine on the wheels. As for quality of the service? There's still dirt all over my doors, they don't dress or shine the dash/doors, they didn't even clean the interior of my tailgate, and the ketchup on seatbelt? Still there.

They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.
