They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.

To add insult to injury found out from the dealership that I bought my vehicle from that there was an option to fix my vehicle with more standard parts that would have cost about a third of a price. If you need an oil change they are probably capable but for anything else there are better options in the area I assure you. Would give zero stars but that's not an option.

He's That Guy Duane…read more"Dewey" Horsman is the guy you hope to avoid by reading these reviews. He's dishonest and knows how to stay one step ahead of the law. My car wound up needing very expensive repairs (new engine) which I had him perform. Because there was an insurance settlement involved, they paid him directly before the repairs were completed. He immediately lost interest in fixing my car, giving me excuse after excuse why he couldn't get to it. It took him more than 8 months and countless texts, phone calls and visits to "fix" it. When I got it back, there was a ticking noise coming from the engine. He told me to wait and see if it goes away. It got worse. Over the next year and a half, I had it in his shop 3 more times to look at the noise. He never looked at it again, coming up with more excuses and finally outright ignoring me. He ended up getting kicked out of his shop and abandoned my car there. At one point, he offered me way below market value to take the car off my hands. I took him to court and the smugness with which he conducted himself made it obvious that he knows the law much better than he knows cars. While the judge sympathized with me, it came down to 'no written warranty, no luck.' So I'm left with a car that still needs $10K in repairs (new engine) as diagnosed by a reputable repair shop. I can only imagine what he would do to sell a car. Buyer beware. Edit: I posted the screen shots of the one and only offer he made to buy my car. This offer was made 6 months after I first brought it in and two months before I first got it back. I'll let you decide if it was made as some grand gesture to make amends for a botched repair job as Mr. Horsman would have you believe.
