    Bride here- Naomi is AMAZING. She was so great to work with. I have a event producing background and wanted to be very hands on/lead certain parts of the design and planning of our day. I really appreciated how Naomi was able to create a wedding planning package just for us that had just what we needed since I would be doing some of the items a wedding planner may do for other clients. First and foremost Naomi is really really good at what she does. She has an amazing eye and creative sensibility. I really appreciated her feedback and refinement to the design references I pulled together. She also has a top notch list of vendors to work with and they clearly love working with her. She gave us a full page of recommendations for each vendor type: florals, band, photography etc... and called out which ones she felt were in our wheel house and why. Every vendor we worked with was AMAZING! From there she was able to help us through all the steps of planning and made us the perfect timeline. She is so organized and always had all the information ready to go right away if we needed to discuss something. We started working with Naomi right after we signed with our venue and it was so great to be have her and her team lead us through the planning and design processes and be the main point of contact for all vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of. They knew everything we were looking for and once we stopped reading emails and focusing on our wedding weekend we knew that Naomi and team had everything handled. Like any event they needed to make a few day of calls and Naomi knew exactly what our priorities were and made the perfect call without us even needing to know anything was happening. Lastly, Naomi is just a joy to work with. She is so warm and full of joy and also concise and efficient when it comes to helping make decisions. Naomi made wedding planning much more seamless than I ever thought imaginable and I am so grateful to her for that. I highly recommend working with her if you can! Groom here. Naomi and her team were incredible. During the planning process, her suggestions were fantastic and really helped streamline our experience. All of the vendors she recommended did an awesome job. As for the wedding itself, from our day-of perspective it went off without a hitch. Any issues that did arise (they were relatively minor) were promptly handled by Naomi and the DNT Events team. They made sure that we, the bride and groom, were either unaware (so we could keep partying/being with our guests) or they gave us a quick synopsis and a recommendation for a solution (Ex. We were planning on doing a photo shoot with the full moon, but it was hazy and we were having fun with our guests, so they suggested we keep partying and to skip it. It was the right decision). Additionally, they had our wedding planned down to the minute so they did a great job of keeping us on track and maximized our time for dancing and mingling with our guests. In short, she and her team did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend!

    Naomi and her team are the absolute best! They exceeded our expectations at every step of wedding planning process and execution. Naomi was always proactive and clear about timeline, budgeting, vendors, design, and more. She gave thoughtful advice tailored to our desires, answered questions thoroughly, and offered to help with anything and everything wedding related. We took Naomi's recommendations for most of our vendors, and they were all easy to work with, provided excellent quality, and were budget friendly. We thought Naomi was probably one of the most organized people we had ever met while planning. Then, on the actual wedding day as we watched her manage a minute-by-minute schedule for multiple parties, vendor coordination, setup, details we'd never think of, multiple staff members, etc. with her color-coded clipboard binder thing full of back-up necessities inside... we realized Naomi is THE MOST organized person we know. To this day I am still in awe of how one person could have so much brainpower. To add to that, Naomi always has such a positive attitude. She was so kind and patient with our wedding party (a group of people who always fail to follow directions and love to share their opinions... haha). Our families and friends were so impressed by her team and complimented the event tons. Overall, Naomi made wedding planning enjoyable and the wedding day completely stress-free for us. The day was perfect, and we are so thankful! HIGHLY recommend having DNT take care your wedding!

    Choosing our wedding coordinator was a huge decision for us. What if the personalities don't match? Did we even need a planner? Is it worth the cost? What if the personalities don't match? After just one meeting with Naomi I could tell that she exudes energy, positivity, and the most important factor: Get Shit Done (excuse my French). During the wedding, I was about as calm as a groom can possibly be, and Naomi had us on schedule every step of the way. Did we even need a planner? Simply put, yes. There are so many details for a wedding day - where does this table go? What gets put on it, how do we arrange seating? Naomi had all of that covered. On our wedding day, I can think of only one part that didn't go smoothly: we were short a few menu cards (I was in charge of printing and cutting them... whoops!) Naomi got me on the phone for 5 minutes and went over Plans A, B, C, and D to remediate. She also had contingencies for Plans A, B, C, and D. And contingencies on contingencies. Was it worth the cost? Not only was DNT Events worth it for a well-run wedding, they put in so many hours before the wedding helping us negotiate with vendors. Be it some extra uplighting from our DJs, additional photobooth time, additional meals from our caterer, extra set up time at the venue, to even general price reductions, Naomi got us the results we didn't even know we wanted. To wrap things up - we had Naomi and Alyse help us on our wedding day, and multiple guests approached us throughout the night telling us how organized the wedding seemed. An odd word to describe a wedding, I'll admit, but it just goes to show you how wonderful Naomi, Alyse and DNT Events were! I promise you won't regret working with Naomi if you give her the opportunity!

    Where do I even begin?!? If you are looking for a wedding coordinator and/or planner please do yourself a favor and HIRE DNT Elite Events! The team is fantastic and they know what they're doing when it comes to weddings/events. Our wedding was supposed to be October 2020, but due to the world changing, we postponed our wedding to 2021. Naomi, made the postponement process easy for us. Throughout the process, if we had any questions or needed recommendations we knew we could reach out to Naomi. Naomi reached out to all our vendors to confirm the final details leading up to our event date. This really gave my now husband and I time to prepare our personal things like packing and running our last minute errands. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything regarding the big day. On the day of, Naomi, Alyse and Melissa were so kind and attentive. With hiring DNT we knew we were in great hands. We were able to be present and enjoy our time with our friends and family. We would recommend Naomi and her team to anyone getting married or having an event. Truly, we were so happy and couldn't have picked anyone better for making our day run so smoothly.

    Simply put, our wedding would not have been possible without Naomi at DNT Elite Events. We are incredibly thankful we had her as we navigated planning our original wedding pre-COVID, postponed our 2020 wedding, and replanned a much smaller 9-person wedding throughout COVID. As any couple getting married during the pandemic can tell you, planning a wedding in 2020 or early 2021 was far from easy, however, with DNT our wedding was not only possible, but turned out better than we could have imagined. Naomi was an especially big help for us as we planned our LA wedding from the East Coast. Naomi took care of every detail of the planning and logistics leading up to our wedding and every single aspect on the day of. Her consultation, including vendor referrals and recommendations, were immensely helpful in every step of our planning. Our families could not stop expressing how thankful they were for Naomi's years of expertise that put all of our stress and worries to ease so that we could fully enjoy our wedding. Naomi's skills and knowledge was truly showcased as she was adamant about making our small 9-person COVID wedding truly special and amazing, despite it not being the original wedding we had planned.     Our experience with Naomi and DNT events was well beyond our expectations in every good way. Naomi even helped us navigate some cultural and family issues that came up for us during our planning process. She was always so pleasant to speak with but was also always on her game!     This review is a so late ‍! My wife and I hired DNT Elite Events to help coordinate the month of our wedding late last year (pre-COVID). All I can say is Naomi and her team were truly amazing! We've already referred her to all of our friends who are planning on getting married! She made our day so easy, all of the details covered and so many of our guests and wedding party commented on how awesome and on top of things her and her team were. She was kind but at the same time got stuff done and kept us on our timeline which was so important. She helped us with the logistics and details of the day. Her itinerary and planning was so detailed and organized. It made everyone who was a part of the wedding (family and friends) feel like they could just be present. What a gift!     I'll have to start this review by saying I was a bit bias towards going with Naomi as a wedding coordinator for my wedding. Unbeknownst to her, I attended two weddings she had planned in 2012 and 2018 (both which ran perfectly from my view) before my wedding in October, 2019. The experience of being an attendee and groom should give you further confidence that she is worth a long look as you decide on your coordinator. Going into our first call with Naomi, my wife and I had done our countless hours of google searching about all things wedding related and we felt pretty confident on our knowledge of what we wanted in terms of details and activities during the wedding. However, after talking to Naomi, we realized there were so many gaps we were completely unaware of. Like most things in life "Not knowing what you don't know" is a bad spot to be in and is a very real scenario when you begin wedding planning. Right from the get go, Naomi helped us fill these knowledge gaps all while being enthusiastic and understanding of the many things we had to go research on. We also both noted that she didn't give off a "saleswoman" vibe at all and that we got the sense that she was genuinely interested supporting us in any way possible. After our initial good impression, we decided hire Naomi and that's when things got real! Through extensive questionnaires and checklists that Naomi created, we developed a large base of information that would eventually develop into our wedding day. These were quite overwhelming at first and to be honest a bit stress inducing as we realized there were so many more things we had to decide on. Throughout this time, Naomi was always there to lend advice and help us through filling everything out and also giving us email reminders on the dates by which we should have the information. For many of the tough decisions between my wife and I, it was extremely helpful to have an unbiased perspective from Naomi. Many times we would present a few suggestions to her (really bride vs groom options) and she would give us her opinion on both. More times than not, this would help us align on a decision and move us along to the next decision instead of getting stuck on a particular item and creating more stress. When it came to vendors, Naomi has developed strong relationships with many and provided us with recommendations for any that we had not chosen and others that we could reach out to and compare against if we wanted to. Again, during these discussions, we never got a hint of her trying to be saleswoman and push us towards certain vendors. It was always about giving us options, discussing the attributes of each and then letting us make the best decision for us. Once we had chosen a vendor, she immediately reached out and began developing a relationship with them. We didn't think much of that initially, but as we got closer to our wedding day, we could see how the communication between her and the vendors was seemingly effortless. This I'm sure played a huge role in allowing my wife and I to focus on being present in our big day rather than worrying about vendor activities. As we began locking down our vendors and wedding day activities, Naomi was slowly developing a master schedule in the background. This is where all of those questionnaires came into play as she began to piece together how the day was going to go, how much time we had for everything and backup plans in the event the schedule fell behind (which it did of course..). Approaching the big day, we were presented with an extensive schedule that could be shared with our wedding party. It had EVERYTHING we needed for that day down to the minute. As we read though this schedule, we could really feel a lot of stress subside. At the end of the day, it was like following a script from a play. We didn't have to think, we just had to look at the schedule and execute. I can't begin to tell you how much this allowed us to be mentally and emotionally present for our wedding. Not having to worry about the 100's of things that are happening on the day of was priceless. Finally the big day was here and pretty much everything ran like clockwork. All of the time planning and preparing was worth it and Naomi and her staff covered everything amazingly well. All of her staff were professional and extremely helpful to our guests. We were getting comments a few days later on how helpful her entire staff was and at first we thought they were talking about the venue and catering staff. However, it was actually Naomi's team! This was above and beyond what we would have expected and really a testament to Naomi's work and how selective she is when developing her team. I know this review comes a bit late after our wedding (wedding a few months before covid will do that..) but please believe my wife and I when we say that you will not regret having Naomi and her staff with you on your big day. They will ensure that the vision of your wedding day comes to life!

    Truly, my wedding day would not have been what it was had it not been for Naomi and her team. We hired her on as our month-of coordinator, and she went above and beyond. It wasn't just about the transaction of money for services for Naomi. She really cares about your big day as if it was hers. She thinks about all the little details and about the people involved in your wedding. She comes at it holistically, which I really appreciated. Her years of experience give you peace of mind that felt priceless. Leading up to the wedding, I simply was not concerned with forgetting anything or feeling scared that things would go wrong. Naomi instilled trust in me that she had it handled, and she really did. Leading up to the day, she was able to catch things that might've otherwise fallen through the cracks and prevented potential fires (and put out the inevitable ones) all while still making sure I had a cocktail and my bouquet at all times the day of my wedding. What a total rockstar. We found out a week before our wedding that it was going to rain, and Naomi had to essentially rework our entire layout and plan for the wedding (originally it was going to be outside then had to be inside) in 2 days!! Again, above and beyond!! Bonus for my Asian brides: she has a ton of experience with all different kids of Asian ceremonies! I was out of my league dealing with the Chinese part of my wedding and she was so much help. All in all, I am so grateful for Naomi and her team. From months prior to the wedding rehearsal to the big day, they had it completely handled! Cannot thank DNT enough and cannot recommend them more!!!

    I recently used DNT Events to help me plan a Corporate Grand Opening Event in Orange County for a Fortune 500 company. I chose DNT over the other event planning companies because, from the very beginning, they understood and were committed to my needs, making my event a success, and my vision. Throughout the planning process and during the event itself, DNT Events was an incredible support system. From selecting, meeting with, and managing vendors (catering, rentals, décor/florals, valet, photography, portable restrooms, entertainment, etc.) to executing on my, and my executive team's, needs they handled the event with expertise, professionalism, and transparency. Working with a high-end brand presents a unique set of challenges and requires flexibility as well as following specific brand guidelines and pleasing many stakeholders, including Executives of Fortune 500 companies. DNT Events did all of this with expert decision making and efficiency. Over and over throughout the planning of the event, they made the impossible, possible. You helped us completely transform my grandmother's home in Beverly Hills into the most magical wedding ceremony in a matter of 2 weeks. Even though our initial wedding dreams completely shifted, somehow this became even more meaningful for us. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family who witnessed our gorgeous Chuppah and our truly sentimental ceremony. Not only were we completely delighted by everything as is but our wedding even received tons of attention and recognition from several amazing media outlets and publications, including GRACE ORMANDE! Who could have ever dreamt of this?! Leora has an incredible team of planners, I felt so supported, so cared for. Every single one of the Best Bride staff are so professional and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff and most importantly care and do it with love, passion and patience. We hope to have a big celebration one day too when things feel a little more certain, and of course our only wish is for Leora from Best Bride and her team to help plan it for us. We were less than 8 weeks from our wedding date, without a venue, with more than 150 Save the Dates sent out, and uncertain if we would even be able to have any kind of ceremony in the midst of a pandemic, let alone whether that ceremony would put our family and closest friends at risk. What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. Leora was also so good at calming me down during the morning stress of the day and I can't thank her enough for that! I've since recommended Leora to my best friend who also was so grateful to have her plan her dream wedding. We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

As a bonus he is fluent in Korean, so alot of our guests who don't necessarily speak english as their first language benefited from his translation during our reception. We booked her early-she was our first vendor booked-which was the best call as I loved having someone I could go to to help me verify vendors, suggest design options, and answer other random planning questions throughout my 1 1/2 year-long engagement. Most notably was how Claudia handled the extreme weather that caused us to have to change venues, 2 days before our wedding. She very nimbly helped me translate our existing layout and communicate our decisions and preferences to the venue. I'm so thankful that she orchestrated an outdoor ceremony, which was my goal, and designed the most beautiful interpretation of my dream in a completely new space. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. My (then) boyfriend and I got engaged in February 2021, and I always knew I'd want a slightly longer engagement, just to push things out so I'd have more time to decide on what I wanted and how I wanted it. From the start, however, we already knew we wanted to work with Lilian and her team. Given that I had more time, somewhat wanted the challenge of planning a wedding, and felt pretty prepared, we opted for the month-of services. Once we started working with Lilian, our wedding-planning life honestly became sooo much easier. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended.
