The set-up was waiting on a cart with all the cables, batteries, mics all set to go. They even provided a wired mic for back-up (in case the wireless failed), and threw in a roll of gaffers tape in on the deal. The speakers, stands, and mic seemed brand new. I was most impressed by the way they took my event as seriously as I did. And that's really all you can ask for when renting equipment.

All of the lighting (well over $1000 in contracted lighting equipment and labor from Monkey Glue) was already COMPLETELY set up and Ron's crew had spent several hours doing so. When I explained to him the situation, without even a second thought, Ron told me he wouldn't charge me ANYTHING for all the work they had already done as long as we agreed to book them for the rescheduled date. Monkey Glue had no obligation to accommodate in this way, and I can reasonably assume Ron actually lost money on the event due to paying his labor for set up -- just for the sake of helping me out. I have very, very rarely received this level of customer service and as a result, will be a life long customer of Monkey Glue. Ron has also helped me out numerous times when I was in a last minute pinch. Highly, highly suggest!
