When we got home, we realized that the chicken we ordered didn't make it into the "to go" bags. I called Wubba's, and Kristi answered the phone, immediately apologizing for the oversight. She said she was wrapping up her shift in 5 minutes, and could personally deliver the chicken to our home. We compromised instead on a halfway meeting place, and she made the effort to personally hand it off, along with a yuuuge, complimentary brownie for dessert.
