My pizza was as expect. I order one from pizza hutnevery now and then. This time I also picked up a cheese bread which was disappointing. I think they over cooked it. The cheese was very brown and dry. I actually melted my own cheese on it when I got home. I also mentioned to order bone in wings but accidentally ordered boneless. No prices are listed on the menu! To decide what I'm ordering, I normally look at prices. Not even drink prices are listed. No root beer on tap so you can order a bottle the get charged $2.99 for it. 6 small wings for $12.49 My biggest complaint is the how filthy the place was. If I had seen the floor and restrooms before I ordered, I would have run out the door. This is the most disgustingly filthy restaurant I've ever been in. Service was horrible! Firstly when ordering the cashier shouted at me to speak up. Then We ordered wings, pizza, & lastly bread sticks. Firstly we noticed a group with more party's than ours had got their food before us mind you they had came in about 15 minutes after we had already ordered. They then delivered our wings to that same group & when they noticed they just grabbed it off of their table and brought it to us. The only reason for the second star on this rating is because I have always loved pizza hut's food. The services, however, is less than adequate. Not only was I double charged but I was bounced back and forth between management (who was conveniently never on site) and door dash to request a refund for the overpayment (the employees claimed they had no record of). When presented with a receipt or the order, they insisted they couldn't search the order with the information from their receipt. I paid twice as much for my food. read more

Sunday lunch time and the dining room is empty and no football on any of the 6 tv's. Service was friendly but I can only give 1 star when you order your food and get it delivered only to find out that you get dipping sauces for wings. You have to pay for that. Also extra dipping sauce for breadsticks...yep... have to pay for that too. The employee was very friendly but said that's Pizza Hut for you. So this is one of our favorite pizza places in Klamath. Went here for pizza and beer on Sunday July 7, 2019 @8:45 pm. The nice girl at the counter greeted us as we walked in. She took our order for pizza and wings. She said she'll have to get her boss for the beer as she didn't have her OLCC Permit to serve liquor. We said it was fine, so she went in the back of the kitchen to get her boss. She returned in 10 seconds and said "he doesn't want to come out and serve beer because he's doing dishes and he's cranky". We cancelled all the orders and left to say the least. I have lived in true high crime areas and could still get delivery. My friend and I were jonesing for a pizza from the Hut: half cheese, half pepperoni, sausage, and jalapenos. We even upped the heartburn ante by purchasing a 2 liter and cheese sticks for $2.50 more. The woman told us it'd take another 15-20 minutes. I ordered a beer--$4.75 for a Shock Top. While sitting and drinking my beer, my friend told me that this Pizza Hut is notorious for screwing up orders. I found that a little shocking that everyone's order would get messed up, but it could have just been a busy night. The atmosphere is a little weird. Huge windows look out onto an empty parking lot and an out of business department store. There are giant flat screens with different sports channels all around. The lighting is kind of dim. There's a roll of paper towels on every table, obviously the influence of the Wingstreet option available at this Pizza Hut. It's geared towards a male clientele. Our order appeared, and after checking it to make sure it was right this time, we were on our way home with our feast! Went in to get pizza and wings. Two employees were behind the front counter when we walked in. Neither of which greeted us, so we seated ourselves. After 10 minutes of sitting at our booth with no service we got up and walked out the front door. A waitress even walked by us, looked at us, then bent down to pick up some trash from the floor, she also did not acknowledge our presence. They charged my card twice and put me down for carry out because I mistakenly ordered something that was carry out only. 4 kids 3 adults found out the pizza wasn't coming. At 7:00 pm. We've been getting delivery for a long time from this Pizza Hut, years in fact. There is very limited options here. Today was the last straw. We ordered our pizza at 5:25pm, we were assured it would be 35 minutes. An hour later we called wondering where our pizza was and got a snippy reply of "it's on its way." About 10 minutes later it arrived. What we ordered was a large pepperoni well done. What we got was a large, well done, very light cheese with a few pieces of pepperoni that was room temperature. We always get our pizza late, that is normal for them. We always get a slightly warm pizza, that is also normal for them. Having almost no cheese and nearly no pepperoni is a new twist. Having a 2-3 inch crust edge was a new twist. Enough is enough already, we will take our business elsewhere. Pizza Hut is my favorite of all the "fast food" pizza chains. This one is about average as far as food quality. I usually get exactly what I expect. I did get a really crappy, severely undercooked pizza from here once, but after calling in to complain the manager sent me out a brand new pizza and a coupon for a free pizza next time....so no complaints there! The people that take the orders over the phone are not well trained and while some of them are very nice, others are really rude. That gave me the impression that it was a crummy little hole in the wall "delivery station" and not a place I would want to go and sit down to a meal.... Well.... I had a coupon for a deal on a take out order, so I decided to go in and pick the food up rather than having it delivered..... WOW was I impressed!! As Pizza Huts go this place is ........ beautiful! Ultra clean, huge comfy booths, lots of windows and they serve beer. Any expectation I had upon walking in there was far exceeded. While the order takers on the phone have very often been quite rude, in person the place was very friendly and the service was excellent. I am giving this Pizza Hut 5 stars. The 5 stars is NOT based on the Pizza (because NO Pizza Hut makes 5 star Pizza) it is based on the overall dine-in experience. This is honestly one of the nicest looking restaurants in Klamath Falls. What I DON'T like is you will see an ad on tv or on computer advertising a Pizza Hut deal and call or go to the KF Pizza Hut to order it and they say they won't honor the advertised price. Food was very comparable to dominos, which is my favorite, but they tried to charge me more over the phone than what I would have paid online... that included a delivery charge. When asked to break down the prices while on the phone with dominos they gave me different prices and when I asked him he said he didn't know why the price was different, and some of the menu prices had changed even though I had been in 15 min earlier picking up a menu. Tonight at 8:45 pm I ordered a med hand tossed pizza w/ ranch and an order of chicken wings with the sauce on the side, like they had done before. I was told my pizza & wings would be delivered by 9:20. At 9:30 I called thinking maybe the driver got lost, and was told that it was just coming out of the oven right then and would be here asap. At 9:45 I called again and was given a song and dance by the person on the phone so I asked to speak with the manager and was told by the manager that they had not wings on yet and that they took ten minutes to cook and that as soon as they were done that they would be sent right out. During this time the manager told me that I would get $10.00 off and a free cookie. The driver showed up at 10:30pm without the ranch with the sauce on my wings and no cookie. I called her back and her response was no one told her the sauce was supposed to be on the side....... who trained these people???? The driver left and said he was going to come back with the cokkie and we have not seen hide nor hair of him. What ever happened to customer service???
