He just had to scan the label and put it on the truck. I don't know why he opened the customs invoice and removed it. It was clearly labeled. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere.
