I've also printed copies and shipped items. I find the service and the personnel to be very satisfactory on every visit. Went in send a fax. There was a line of people doing something with "I-9"s, people who had apparently made reservations to do so, there was no line for sending faxes and they quickly helped me. In and out in under 3 minutes. After failing to be able to send from my home printer/fax machine, I was so happy I walked across the street to the Turnstyle and bought myself a jacket. If I could give zero stars I would. I sent two packages within a couple days from this store. The first package arrived late and the second package was never delivered but returned to me. When I called the UPS store in Roseville for help they told me they could not call UPS for me or find out where the package ended up. The package was placed in a box where the recipient lived but no one could give me the code and no one notified the recipient of the arrival of the package or the code to get the package. I was given an arrival date for both packages and both packages arrived past the date. UPS told me I had to call Amazon to get the code for the box because it was an Amazon box. Amazon spent way more time trying to help me get the information for the recipient then anyone I called at UPS. Unfortunately it was not an official Amazon only box so they did not have the code. I asked for a refund for the cost to ship the second package and low and behold the UPS store in Roseville did have the ability to call UPS so they could tell her it arrived. Yes it arrived to a place the recipient could not get it from, the recipient was not given a code from UPS but for some reason UPS was able to pick it back up. Makes no sense. The recipient said there were a number of packages on the floor in the location but none was her package. Why did UPS put the package in an unofficial Amazon box and not provide the code to me or to the recipient so it could be picked up. UPS owes me $16.10. which so far no one wants to reimburse. I am not sure if it is this store that is to blame or UPS in general but for now I will stay away and use Fed EX and Amazon who has been very good to me. read more

NOTE: Finally posting this draft I wrote on December 5th 2018 upon picking up my 13 Black Friday shipments at 5:30 pm that day. I'd spent half a year planning and saving for those purchases amounting to over $7000 and still have the email exchange with the kindly vendor who immediately sent a replacement to the nearby UPS Primary Shipping Center per my request in starting my severance from this incompetent shop. I thank the owner of this shop for his response in not noticing that I specifically noted that I had brought my business elsewhere "long before my mailbox expired," directly indicating that this was not recent, which prompted me to go searching for the original photo taken onsite to prove my claim and further add details to presented facts. The employees at this location during my stay gave new meaning to hollow work. Demeanor and interactions felt like a job that either people died in or sucked life out of them to that point. I started visiting my mailbox only after hours unless a pickup was necessary in avoiding the "I hate being here" feel that permeated the environment and tinged responses to concerns over dropped packages and requests of service with resentment. Even if I wasn't involved, I certainly didn't care to witness bad service. A mail store provides a transactional service, but I'd never visited any USPS or UPS this devoid of motivation. I was thrilled to find after my switch to another location that it was just this place. I never blame the employees. Leadership, or lack thereof, is the only reason such indifference is able to exist in any organization. Indifference isn't just about personality. It's about the quality of service your customers are able to expect from your team. I found none during my months with this space, to degree I chose to abandon my contract and give back my keys. That should tell the owner a thing or two about the ship he was running. From what a colleague shared recently, it seems things haven't changed. Shame, considering the prime location this space serves. Perhaps that is very reason why change hasn't been a priority - the transactions bring in enough money not to care about actual improvement. Shame either way. Scott, the representative who brought out my over 10 packages dropped one from waist-level to the floor. A heavy battery that should have been on a dolly, it dropped with such force that it bounced on the carpet onto its side. The bounced corner clearly took the brunt of the damage. Onlookers looked from the package to me with widened eyes of as much bewilderment as I had. The representative completely ignored this incident in assuming I would continue to sign out the package with nary even a word of acknowledgment, let alone an apology. Onlookers' eyes of surprise turned into expressions communicating annoyance and empathy in disapproval of his actions - or lack thereof, I should say. Upon my directly calling attention to the drop, the representative attempted to brush it aside even as I informed him that the box contained a battery, going so far as to assume that my being female meant he could brush the incident aside by "informing" me that he'd worked on car batteries before and the battery was fine. Clearly, he missed a few lessons during his stint in that field. At this point, I demanded to file a report and have the package sent back with clear detail of how the package came to be damaged, and the representative's demeanor turned from indifferent to irate. Not trusting him to act with honor after what I'd witnessed of his character, I got a black Sharpie and wrote "DROPPED" on the damaged box before proceeding to load up the rest of the packages. Upon returning home, I immediately messaged the vendor with the entirety of the situation to ensure in event that affected how they chose to proceed with an insurance claim on their end. This was merely one of many times I would witness packages being dropped and damaged - one of two for me personally. Plenty of those times resulted in drops damaging enough to tear or even bare a corner of a box. None of those times warranted acknowledgment or apology from the staff, not even when it was the manager herself who dropped the item right in front of the customer, in front of every onlooker in a line that spanned from the counter to the entrance. Respectful of customer property that is the core of how this business survives, this place is not. Long before my mailbox expired, I chose to sign onto another location. I'm all about supporting good service and refuse to tolerate treatment that compromises my ability to trust in a business's competence. I became far too disgusted with the quality of business here to continue coming by even if I did still have months left to my contract. I never received my key deposit, either. Classy. read more

I had a document that needed to be notarized. Somewhere along my journey to UPS, though, I spilled coffee on it and didnt realize it until after I arrived. Randy at this UPS Store location worked with me to help dry it off with copious amounts of paper towels and notarize it. While I don't know if the document will be accepted in its current coffee-stained state, I do know that I will come back to this UPS Store anytime I need a document notarized just to work with Randy again. I am absolutely appalled right now. after filing a complaint about this location closing early on a saturday that I was there, the owner, randy, tells me that the time on my watch was WRONG. I'm sorry WHAT? like I literally laughed out loud. He proceeds to tell me time stamps, "proving" that I was not there at the time I said. Well it just so happens that I run a successful business on instagram and this day I posted on my story and told my followers that their packages would not be going out that day because of this situation. I have a date and a time stamp that proves I was there when I said I was and that this customer service is absolute shit. I'm not a karen but I was straight up disrespected and told that I was lying by the "owner". If that doesn't show what kind of business this is then I don't know what does. To explain this picture, I was told that I supposedly arrived at the store at 5:10. If I arrived at 5:10, how did I get to ups and get turned away, and was able to post about it at 5:00 exactly? this might be the most ridiculous thing I've ever argued but I, the customer, was in fact right. What originally started with very good communication with Randy of the UPS Store in Roseville MN eventually resulted in the worst experience ever. Please head my warning. My package worth over $3,000.00 purchased at auction from SebastianCharles with UPS tracking number 1ZG921K10331677348 was packaged by UPS Store #2158 in Roseville, MN 55113 and picked up by the UPS driver that serves this location. That was the last time it was scanned. It simply disappeared into thin air. Even the UPS head office cannot explain it. It didn't even make it to the distribution center. Although I believe the theft was done by the UPS driver who picks up at the UPS Store; the UPS Store #2158 replied that they did not suspect the driver. Instead, Randy of UPS Store #2158 came up with the unbelievable excuse that the UPS label he put on the box probably came off RIGHT AFTER HE PUT IT ON and that this was the cause of the loss. Say what??? So they are basically admitting they didn't secure the label well enough resulting in my $3K item getting lost. Either way; there's something seriously fishy with this story. When I ship a UPS package I always overtape the label with clear packaging tape so it is impossible to come off. This would NEVER happen on my watch and I shipped over 10,000 packages with UPS in my lifetime. You do not simply put a label in a pouch and loosely press it on a box. You overtape it so you are sure it does not come off. Especially when you know you are dealing with a very expensive package. Again. There's something seriously wrong with this story. Someone knew this was a very expensive package and it disappeared right after it was picked up from this UPS store. I will let you connect the dots. While I cannot prove they are part of the theft; what I can prove is that you cannot trust these people doing their job since they didn't affix the label well enough so it came off (or worse... that they told the UPS driver of the value). Edit: I now find out that other reviewers have reported something similar. Hope this UPS store and the UPS driver get investigated. read more

The staff here is wonderful, knowledgeable, super friendly, and didn't make me feel rushed/unimportant at all. I've shipped a few high value items from this location using their Pack n' Ship service, and they all arrived in perfect condition. I came back to this location specifically because of the good impression I've gotten in dealing with the employees, even though there are other locations closer to home. On Tuesday March 15 at approximately 7pm I had to drop a USPS package off at the Roseville Minnesota UPS Store location because the post office was closed and This location receives packages on their behalf. I requested a receipt for verification of drop off but they claimed they could not do that because they were told not to. I drop off both UPS Packaged and USPS Packages off at the Woodbury UPS store and I am given a receipt for both and all 100 plus packages have been delivered successfully. It has been two days since I have Dropped the package off at the Roseville Minnesota location and the package has magically disappeared and there is no tracking information available. With great regret, i will have to give this store a less than satisfactory rating and I will never go to the Roseville Minnesota UPS Store location again. Although The Roseville UPS store is a drop off the location for USPS, if you can't get a receipt for your package,I would highly suggest you don't leave it there. Do to this issue, I now have lost money and a customer. read more

The owner is very rude every time I go in to send out packages his attitude never gets better it makes it a uncomfortable time , there must be some type of new guy working he didn't know what to do at all telling me I couldn't ship to a certain state and tried to charge me for a box when I clearly showed him my Amazon said "no box no label" also another incident while I was there a couple weeks back there was a shorter woman working who was falling asleep while doing notary .... I regularly send legal documents overseas and obtain notary signatures using this facility. They are trusted and extremely competent. And when I've been there, I've been impressed by how they are able to handle the complexity of the job and handle the disrespectful customers who raise their voices and/or belligerently don't think they need to wear a mask. Again, they have more patience and thoughtfulness than I would. Very impressed. Keep up the great work serving our community! Sadly, it's taken me several years to write this review, as I'm sure many happy customers don't think about doing. I looked on the website to come in and do my fingerprint background study. The hours were not listed so I went in at 8:45 in the morning. When I got there I was informed that their hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. so I went back later that day at 3:04 p.m. and was told that they were no longer doing fingerprinting for the day they stopped at 3. I then told the woman that I have been there in the morning and was told to come back before 4 pm. The woman then told me that life is unfair and that they were stopped doing them for the day and wanted me ro drive over 20mins away. They finally did my fingerprinting and it took a matter of minutes. I have to say I'm not impressed with this location I will never return to this location again. read more

Rip off - charged me $17.83. I noted it was a "drop off and do not box" free Amazon return but the clerk insisted upon charging me. I called Amazon and they issued a credit on my Amazon account as the customer rep said "the UPS store should not have charged you." I have returned many Amazon "no charge and no drool" items to other UPS stores and never had anyone charge me. I won't go to this store again. read more

I couldn't have asked for better customer service. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to store for all my printing and shipping needs - I asked for a corporate email or something so I could rant and rave about their excellent customer service attitude - but the kids behind the counter passed it off like nothing/just part of the job. Color copies are much better at UPS, then Staples at Har Mar Mall. Went to Staples and made some copies, the yellows did not not show up and the photos were very poor quality. I then went to UPS and my copies here were good in that the yellows showed and the photos were much better quality to look at. read more
