I am an avid user of the UPS store for. Notaries. Overall, over the last two years, the service has been exceptional. Especially with an employee named Joe who works hard and is constantly there taking care of customers. On 618 2026 I went into the store to get a notary. At about one o'clock in the afternoon and was greeted by a woman that stated that the individual that does notaries was out sick. There are more than one individual in the store. That can do notaries and that this is a service. Issued. And available to customers that use the UPS store. There should be absolutely no excuse whatsoever that a notary is not on duty during business hours in that store. As a result, I drove 26 miles to get a notary that I couldn't get today. The girl that addressed this with me told me I could drive 52 miles. That's a round trip to Crystal River, Florida, to get the notary that should have taken me five minutes in that store. I have used this store multiple times per week for the past two years and have had nothing but excellent, friendly service each and every visit. Whether it's shipping packages for my small business, Amazon returns, or using the postal pickup service, the staff has been kind and courteous. Once I had to ship a huge monitor and they took so much time and care to measure and weigh and calculate the best possible method and lowest cost for me, trying out different packaging. Even though I ended opting against shipping it after all, they didn't treat me as though it was a waste of their time. Highly recommend! read more

ABSOLUTE 100% RIP OFF. The w____e employee is telling customers they MUST buy a special $2.43 poly bag to return items to Amazon, even though there are bags provided. I called Amazon. This is a bold faced LIE!!!! Another time I asked if they would print a label for me. "Sure! For $2.19". Whaaaat! I can see a small charge but $2.19,!?!?!!!! Seriously. The most unfriendly and rudest employees in all of Citrus County. I just spent almost $200 there shipping Christmas gifts, and not even a "Thank you"! Tuesday, 11/28 I mailed a package of critically needed supplies from the UPSCitrusHills store. I paid for 2-day delivery. Today, Saturday 12/02 I discover that according to the UPS site, the package has NOT left the store. I drove to CitrusHills and made inquiries. Their attitude is, "We don't know, we can't find out, and we don't give a damn. File a claim. And by the way, the package isn't in our store (without looking)." This is the most incompentent, take the customer-for-granted operation I have come across in this county. Use them at your own risk. I have screen images to make my points. This is the WORST location for customer service. Every single time I go in there the staff is rude. It's not just one employee. I walk through the door and the kid blurts out "ON THE SCALE". Politely I respond "Hi, I have an amazon return." "AS I SAID, ON THE SCALE!" I put my item on the scale and get my receipt to which he replys "ISN'T THAT HARD NOW IS IT." WTF DUDE. I'm one of the kindest people you will ever encounter. I love to shop small business and pick up shipping and packing items when I go in places like this but I'm not feeling so generous today. Supposed to be open 10-3 on Sunday. Arrived at 2:55 and doors were locked. When another customer came out I showed the clerk it still wasn't 3 and he refused to help me. He said he wanted to get home to have some quality time. SO DONT WORK WHERE YOU'RE REQUIRED TO STAY OPEN!!!! read more

Hi I have been visiting this UPS location at least 6 times a month starting last April 2020, when we broke ground on our house in Terra Vista. Through all those visits I've always been greeted with a smile (I could tell from their eyes, as they were wearing masks) and all transactions were handled efficiently and accurately. Now that we are settling in to our new house, we are shipping less but when I do they are my first choice. read more

Arrived at 1 PM on a Saturday to have a passport photograph taken. Store hours are posted as 8:30-2. Joe who is obviously overwhelmed by his job, stated that "they do not do photos on Saturday." Upon questioning, Joe admitted that it was too late in the day and he 'didn't have time. It takes 30 minutes'. Even though there was an hour left to close. There were no signs or delineation on site or at store stating photos were not available on Saturday. Do NOT go to this store if you expect even remotely decent customer service. Terrible. read more
