They rush you through the finance process hoping you won't notice the additional warranties on the contract that you probably don't need. We saw these additional charges when we got home and reviewed the loan contract. These additional warranties cost so much extra that increased our loan thousands of dollars. There is a 60 day cancellation window which we took advantage of to reduce our loan. However the refund is applied to your loan principal and does not lower your monthly payment. The finance manager and the dealership manager both tried to talk us out of canceling the warranties. I researched how much the dealership gets for each warranty they sell and in some cases it's 50%.

I finally contacted Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice (the dealer that originally handled the vehicle), and within minutes they: * Confirmed it was CPO * Sent me the inspection paperwork Only then did Homosassa reluctantly honor what I already paid for. Now, just 5,000 miles later, another dealer identifies grooved rear brake rotors -- something that absolutely should've been caught or addressed during the CPO inspection. Jenkins Chevrolet of Chevrolet Homosassa refuses to take responsibility. This dealership: * Doesn't communicate * Doesn't stand behind their "Certified" vehicles * Only acts when you force their hand CPO clearly doesn't mean anything here. I…read moredropped the car off on 06/27/2024 and the repair was finally finished on 07/15/2024 so it took 19 days to get the bumper repaired. Additionally right after the collision the driver side window stopped working and was stuck in the open position. When I dropped the car off I told them to also repair the window because it had to get fixed regardless whether if the insurance covered it or not. I was going to pay for the window repair separately myself. Over the course of the 19 days I reminded them twice more about the window, and about fixing it. They ended up never fixing the window. So I had to take my car to a different shop after the body work was done. The repair work on the bumper was done very well. But unfortunately it took a long time to finally get my car back.
