This is an incredibly expensive program. My husband and I spent over $3,000 with them in three months and can no longer afford the program. Thus we are back on regular food and have regained the weight already. And we are close to bankruptcy (not just because of this program - medical expenses too). He stated to get Zofran you must either be hungover or have a migraine headache. My son stated that he does have a hangover and due to his IBD and total colectomy he gets worse even with having a little drink. The owner said that he did not believe us, and he accused us of lying. I tried to explain to the owner that we got Zofran before at his facility and the hydration and Zofran was the reason that we got the membership. He continued to have an attitude and said he would not allow Zofran and called us liars. He said per CDC he is not allowed to give him. I told him we can get the clearance aging by his medical staff. He continues to treat us with no respect, and we express because of the way he treated us we no longer feel comfortable getting the service there. He agreed and ordered the IV to be pulled out. Due to his attitude the creating a hustle environment I think the technician was rushed. As we were driving back home my son told me that the arm felt tingling, and the vein was blown, and the site was swollen. I never experienced anything this bad anywhere. This was very awful and traumatizing experience.

My favorite leader is Ronda and I go out of my way to be up early on Saturday's to be here when she is. She and her team are encouraging and kind and so lovely. The WW retail items they sell here are a little pricy but very good quality. The ingredients in the food items are wholesome and the other items are great quality!
