The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips). They've been in business since 1921 on the idea that "the key to business is always doing right by your customer." At both locations, that principle was nowhere to be found. A mission statement means nothing if your people have no interest in upholding it.
